LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
As HR Officer at CBS HR Services I have worked closely with Kasper
Carstensen since December 2013. He has been employed as a student
assistant in the division’s team that manages the conditions of employment
of the Business School’s hourly employees.
He has shown great enthusiasm and will power in his contribution to build
the team’s administrative tasks of securing the legal and contractual terms
and conditions of employment. A vital part of this function is to advice the
School’s departments and divisions on ensuring that employments are
within the legal and contractual framework while also exercising
appreciation and pragmatism in relation to the departments’ and divisions’
employment situation. Additionally, he has participated in the division’s
task force to review the School’s letters of employment. He has acted
conscientiously in instructing new student assistants and made great effort
to ensure uniform procedures.
He has an eye for identifying inconsistencies and finding solutions for
remedies. On top of this, he is a convivial person who enjoys the informal
fellowship of a work place. I give Kasper Carstensen my warmest
recommendations and I know he will be a strong asset to any organisation.
You are welcome to contact me for further information.
Kind regards,
Majken Houborg
HR Officer
