11. Points to be incorporated in the software
• Provision to upload all submitted documents. Documents
could be in all types viz. word file along with images, drawings
and pdf files
• Generate report date wise, faculty wise, department wise
• DIAT would furnish to DNS ERP these templates.
• Only the Scientist will have the provision/rights to Edit the
data
• Academics Department or HOD of the concerned Department
can only view data and cannot change
• Admin can create a User and User can fill the details and
submit document, after submission User can edit, update,
print and modify the data before as well as after submission

allowed to edit data)

12. Points to be incorporated in the software
• Data has to be presented as per format prescribed by
Inspecting Agencies. {This should be defined upfront. Periodic
changes of a particular Inspecting Agency will not be
entertained by the system}
• Reports - Data sorting should be a combination of date wise,
faculty wise, department wise {To provide filters to take care
of this requirement}.
• Use Save Button for the main entry page to save any work
you have completed. This allows you to build this information
incrementally, over several sessions, if you want to.
• Linkages to be provided for one HOD of a Department to only
view of the data uploaded by his Faculty reporting to the said
HOD
• Create Groups under Publications, Journals, etc.
• Facility to upload documents
