Although Karen worked for me for only a few months, I found her to be very professional, a quick
learner, and extremely well organized. Within several days after I hired her, she had learned how to use
very difficult software and was up to speed recording customer receipts, making collection calls and
balancing an Excel spreadsheet to the detail A/R report . She walked into a huge mess and had worked
out most of the problems within a short period of time. Her professionalism dealing with customers was
