Kaitlyn was a student of mine for two courses at Millersville University Fall 2014, and Spring 2015,
Intro to Public Relations and Social Media Strategies.
She was very motivated to excel, is very personable, and demonstrated focus and excellent oral and
written skills in her coursework. Kaitlyn is an effective team player as demonstrated in the Public
Relations Campaign that she and her team developed for this course. She was able to overcome
some difficulties with other students who didn’t want to rise to the challenge. Kaitlyn was determined,
persistent, and intent on making continuous improvements to their project. It worked, because the
team she was on won the class competition for their client. Additionally she interfaced personally with
the client to obtain her requirements. The client was quite impressed with Kaitlyn’s professionalism.
