Introduction to Prompt Engineering (Focusing on ChatGPT)
The Future of Artificial Intelligence
1. The Future of Artificial
Intelligence
By Kaitlyn Nazar
2. INTRODUCTION
Artificial Intelligence is all around
us, we hold it in our hands on a
daily and even interact when just
browsing social media. The future
for this type of technology is vast
and will continue to improve as
the years go on.
3. When it comes to Artificial Intelligence the future is
endless, it’s all essentially reliant on if the general
public accepts its advances. It is suspected that by
the year 2045 artificial intelligence will be used as our
main decision makers (Jenkins). I predict that there is
a long road ahead of artificial intelligence and it’s
going to be an uphill battle with trying to gain the
trust of the general public.
4. PETS HEALTH CARE TRANSPORTATION
As A.I starts to make its way into
our homes we can suspect that
there will be an influx of artificial
pets for people that can’t handle a
real one.
Main Predictions
We can suspect that there will be an
uptick in the use of A.I in the medical
field in order to do diagnostic tests
along with charting in order to take
some of the workload off doctors
and nurses.
With advancements in A.I
programming there will be
use of transportation that is
operated solely by a robot
rather than a person, such as
self driving cars.
5. Possible
Pushback?
Despite the good that Artificial Intelligence may provide, there will
still be pushback as there is with anything new and unknown. I
can see a lot of push back from people that have something
against the government and data collection. Having a robot in
your house would essentially be giving whoever controls that
robot intimate details about your life all the way down to the
times you go to the bathroom or pick your nose. There's also the
moral aspect of it taking away jobs from people while not opening
new opportunities.
6. The potential benefits of this will definitely be making everything simpler
and more accessible to say someone with disabilities that prevent them
from doing normal every day to day tasks. There is also just the simple
factor of convenience, people simply don't want to do things that don't
interest them.
Benefits of Artificial Intelligence
7. TARGETING
GENERATING
INTEREST
SOLUTION
With more time people will
become interested in the
idea of allowing A.I to take
over more of their day to day
tasks, such as making a
shopping list and grabbing
those items or even folding
the laundry.
As of right now they’ve
started with appealing to
people that like convenience
such as those who that dont
want to turn of the lights so
they tell Alexa to do it. This
will continue to involve more
people.
The end goal is to
essentially get people to
start trusting machines to
do even more of their
tasks. Eventually taking
over the mundane tasks
all the way to making
diagnosis at the doctors
office.
Step-by-step
8. Artificial
Intelligence in
the Workplace
As time goes on, we will see more use of A.I.
Currently around 77% of the world uses Artificial
Intelligence. According to Moore’s Law and David
House’s prediction, computers double their
processing power every 18 months. If the trend
continues we will reach the capacity of the
human brain in 2025 (Deyan, 2021). That’s only 3
years away! We can suspect that this means
there will be an increase of jobs taken over by A.I
along with the creation of even more jobs to tend
to said A.I.

In Conclusion…
Not only will we see Artificial Intelligence continuing to take over
the workforce we can also suspect to see it in our homes. We
already let them into our lives through our phones and it’s only a
matter of time before it becomes more intelligent than humans
and continues to become a staple to our daily lives.
