22. We Acornford (Hampshire) Ltd engaged the services of Ken @ Lease Plans of
Title Ltd to carry out a measured survey of the grade 2 listed former Herman
Miller building at Lower Bristol Road Bath in support of our proposals and
planning application for conversion of the building into a 30,000 sq ft retail
park.
This also involved a measured survey of certain voids within the space to assist
our quantity surveyor in calculating the amount of material likely to be
required to fill the voids.
Ken very efficiently and quickly performed the job and fully respected the
confidentiality of the sensitivity of our planning proposals during his site visit,
using his commercial initiative to include measurements that might assist our
development proposals which were outside the scope of specific
instruction.
Very helpful indeed.
We were very satisfied with the service Lease Plans of Title provided, they were
very easy to work with, which in turn made our job easy.

24. Ken was extremely helpful and friendly throughout
the process of preparing a lease plan for a
commercial property letting.
Although not a requirement of the instruction,
he visited the property so that he was familiar
with it and provided proof versions of the
drawings to make sure that I had everything I
needed.
The final version was exactly as required and I
look forward to using Lease Plans of Title Ltd
again in the future.
