Jýsan Invest (before – Tsesna Capital) holds license for investment portfolio management, brokerage and dealer activities in the
securities market, and has been providing its professional services since 2004. The Company brings together the professionals of the
securities market and has extensive experience with private and institutional investors. The sole shareholder is Jýsan Bank JSC – one of
the largest second-tier banks with B- / B rating (stable outlook) by the Standard & Poor’s rating agency as of 2019.
Jýsan Invest provides high level of professional services to maximize value at every stage of the transactions. Since the inception the
Company organized issuance of bonds for the total amount of KZT 570 bn. and provided services to large companies like
KazAgroFinance JSC, Jýsan BanK JSC, KazAgro JSC, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC and others.
In 2017 Jýsan Invest was recognized and awarded as a “Best Analytical Company in Kazakhstan's Financial Market”.

Jýsan Bank is one of the largest second tier commercial banks in Kazakhstan.
The Bank was established in 1992 with core business lines as corporate, SME and retail banking.
Headquartered in Astana, the heart of Central Asia, the Bank’s branch network consists of 22 full-
service branches and 123 outlets throughout Kazakhstan. Jýsan Bank’s shares are listed on Kazakhstan

Dana Orazbayeva – Acting Chief Executive Officer
Dana has over 10 years of experience in legal support of security markets. She has joined Jýsan Invest from such financial organisations
like BTA Securities and Eurasian Capital. Dana has a Bachelor degree in Law from the Higher School of Law Adilet and Masters degree
from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Nurdaulet Aidossov – Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Nurdaulet has an extensive investment experience in developed and emerging markets in large multinational financial
corporations. He held various management positions at First Heartland Capital, First Heartland Bank, Tengri Capital and Visor
Capital (London and Almaty) and worked in multi-national banks, such as HSBC and RBS with specialisation in financial
instruments.
Nurdaulet graduated from Warwick Business School (UK) with MBA diploma, successfully studied courses at Manheim Business
School (Germany) and University of Prague (Czech Republic). He has an undergraduate degree in finance from KIMEP and L.L.B
degree from Turan University. Nurdaulet is an adjunct senior lecturer at the KIMEP University
Tatyana Mamayeva – Chief Accountant, Member of the Management Board
Tatyana is a certified accountant and has over 10 years of experience in financial sector. She holds a Bachelor degree in
Accounting and Audit from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
Tatyana is a member of the Chamber of Professional Accountants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and holds a Certificate of
Professional Accountant of Kazakhstan and DipIFR-rus АССА Diploma.

The Team
Nurgali Nurmakhambetov – Head of Asset Management
Nurgali has over 12 years of experience in financial markets. He was Head of Analytics and Asset Management at BCC Invest
and Assyl Invest. He took an active part in the programs on “People’s IPO” of the companies KEGOK and KazTransOil. During
each IPO, he held more than 30 lectures and meetings with potential retail investors in seven cities of Kazakhstan. He worked
in the treasury department of Baiterek NMH and Investment Fund of Kazakhstan. Nurgali holds an MBA degree from KIMEP
University and a Bachelor degree in Economics from LN Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
Zhanna Tulekova – Vice President, Corporate Finance
Zhanna has extensive experience in corporate finance and private equity. Prior to joining Jýsan Invest, she was working for
leading investment companies Verny Capital and Ordabasy Group, where she gained significant expertise in merger and
acquisitions, debt restructuring, financial modeling and due diligence. Zhanna also gained experience with financial
instruments while her working at Deloitte TCF and Al Hilal Islamic Bank. Zhanna graduated with honor from Northern
Kentucky University with a major in accounting, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Botagoz Sakhariyeva – Head of Risk Management
Botagoz has experience working for international companies in Central Asia and Europe. She has joined Jýsan Invest from
First Heartland Capital, where she held position of Head of Risk Management. Prior to that, Botagoz had experience in such
organisations like Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, where she held position of Head of Information Products Department, KMG
Rompetrol (Romania) and Chevron. She holds Bachelor in Investments and Risk Management from Cass Business School and
MSc Degree from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Dana Orazbayeva – General Counsel
Dana has over 10 years of experience in legal support of security markets. She has joined Jýsan Invest from such financial

Kamilya Kulmakhambetova – Head of Operations
Kamilya has over 13 years of experience in finance. She was working for leading brokerage companies and has extensive
knowledge of security markets. Prior to joining Jýsan Invest, Kamilya was working and held various management positions at
Centras Securities for 5 years. She was engaged in asset management, improvements of the internal systems and participated
in all major projects of the company. Kamilya graduated from University named after DA Kunayev with specialisation in
finance.
