Product engineer consultant at Safety Center - Autoliv France, Gournay en Bray.
In charge of development and validation of side airbags from preliminary draft to serial
production. This includes working in close cooperation with CAD designers, safety
simulation team, production team and test laboratory team. Catia V5, PLM system
(Enovia), Altair HyperGraph 2D and MS office are used to achieve objectives.
Calculus engineer at R&D department - MGI Coutier, Gournay en Bray, France.
Responsible of hand calculations and finite element analysis on ANSYS Workbench in
preliminary draft and project phase. This enables to pre-design and validate door stop,
pedals and hinges. Furthermore, Catia V5 and Virtual Lab Motion have been used.
Professional training at Innovation department - MGI Coutier, Gournay en Bray,
France.
Design of a new door stop in mainly plastic. In charge of Finite Element Analysis to validate
the mechanical resistance. Moreover, I participated in the product FMEA definition based
on Function Analysis System Technique (FAST).
Professional training in Thales Air Systems, Rouen-Ymare, France.
Implementation of some methods in order to make the main characters understand the
utility of lean tools and how to use them in the production chain.
