*For the Dough
- 1½ cup warm Water
- 4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1½ teaspoon of Dry Yeast

7. You can do this ahead of time
1. In one bowl covered with plastic wrap combine yeast,
½ cup Flour and water.Allow to rise for 15 minute.
Stir to deflate.
2. In another bowl add 2 cup remaining flour with salt,
1 cup cool tap water, and Mix thoroughly with a spatula
3. Add Yeast Mixture and mix in remaining flour
4.Kneads 15 minutes on a floured surface until smooth
5.Place dough in bull dusted with flour and cover with
plastic wrap. Lets rise until double sized(1 to 2 hours)
6.Punch dough down and put in Ziploc bag in the
refrigerator until ready to use
8. Create your own Pizza
1.Preheat oven to 260⁰C
2.Remove dough from refrigerator when ready
to shape into crust
3.Punch down dough and roll out on a lightly
floured surface.
4. Rolled the dot pin on flat dough to prevent
bulbling while baked in.
Cover the dough with sauce, cheese and
toppings are ready
Now you are ready to bake ithe oven.
9. Time to cook it and eat it
Reduce oven temperature to 232⁰C
Baked in 25 minute or tuntil crust is golden
brown
Removed from the oven carefully, let it cool
and enjoy!
