This document outlines a collaboration between organizations to address Sweden's shortage of skilled labor through an annual conference and recruitment fair called "Working for Change." The conference will feature seminars on topics like demographic trends, cultural diversity, and sourcing international expertise. It aims to provide networking opportunities and a platform to connect employers, universities, and potential international employees. The goal is to establish an ongoing network to facilitate knowledge sharing, recruitment, and career opportunities in Sweden for those with international backgrounds.
