Practical Experience
Ministry
Over 15 years of serving in ministry spurred through vision casting and providing spiritual, fiscal, and
administrative leadership for the local church, association, military, college universities, and global missions.
Serving and co-leading to disciple youth and young adults for practical ministry locally in Dayton OH,
Pittsburgh PA, Chicago IL, Nashville TN, St. Louis MO, Bayou MS and globally in S. Korea, Benin Africa,
Canada, and West India. Networked and resourced pastors, churches, collegiate ministries, and non-profits
to develop spiritual growth/mission opportunities. Ordained a minister of the Gospel in 2012, by First Baptist
Kettering, Dayton Ohio.
Military Experience
Intel Analyst, U.S. Army: Camp Humphrey, South Korea, and Ft. Campbell, KY 2000 – 2003
Evaluated the relevance and accuracy of gathered information to identify information gaps and produce
cross-cultural daily intelligence reports to executive and senior leadership. Developed international working
relationships that were strategic and relevant to the mission.Trained, assessed, and advised soldiers on
current enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures.

2013 – Youth With A Mission: Fire & Fragrance, Kona HI – Discipleship Training School
An intense 3 mo. training of biblical discipleship fundamentals taught with the intention of teaching others.
Then as a co-leader, led a team of 19 international students to India for 2 mo. to implement and personalize
these values.

A collection of skill sets from business management, communications, and psychology gathered to assess, then
problem solve, and finally develop and implement strategic leadership methods of success within organizations.
– National Certification In Nonprofit Management and Leadership
Practical education in managing the non-profit sector that offered hands on budgeting, grant writing, and
non-profit project development. Fulfilled a 300 hr. internship at the corporate office, YMCA of Greater
Dayton Ohio, within the youth development dept.
