How we will do it
• Focus Group Discussions are a method of collecting qualitative
data from a small group of individuals guided by a moderator.
• This method is used to acquire deep insights.

from randomly selected individuals to make inference.
• This method is used to gather data on populations.

• This method is like the street survey but focuses on getting more
detailed information from carefully selected individuals.

•This survey engaged 500 farmers and
spanned 5 regions and 25 districts
within the country
•It was a baseline assessment aimed at
ascertaining the KAP’s of potential
patrons of a tv programme that targeted
rural farmers
Kuapa
•This was a survey that involved 250
randomly sampled people (tv viewers)
in the Greater Accra Region
•This was an STP Analysis that sought to
help the media house appreciate and
thus improve its standing in the media
industry
Viasat 1
•Map is the production house that
produced the Kuapa tv programme;
which currently airs on Sundays at
15:00 on GTV.
•We were privileged to provide MAP
with an understanding of their target
viewers which helped streamline the
content of Kuapa for maximum impact

• Isaac O. Owusu graduated from Kwame
Nkrumah University of Science and
Technology – KNUST in Ghana with a
Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. Modules
within this 4 year course has given him a
firm grip on statistics, mathematical models
and probabilities.
• He has worked with Liberty Mutual by
assisting with Research and Development.
• He has also worked as the Research
Manager at Viasat 1 Media House.
• On the job training and other pertinent
courses, such as Marketing, Negotiations,
Advance Excel, Critical Thinking &Time
Management makes him an ideal project
lead for ZH-RC.
• He founded ZH-RC in 2013.
