Our Recommendation for Installation of Air Conditioning on the Top Floor of the English Building was intended for the Cal Poly State University's Energy, Utilities, and Sustainability Department. It was intended to recommend using the general campus budget and sponsored donations to fund installation of air conditioning on the top floor of the English Building during the Summer Quarter 2016 when less students are on campus.
