“I will make rivers flow on barren heights,
and springs within the valleys. I will turn
the desert into pools of water, and the
parched ground into springs. I will put in
the desert the cedar and the acacia, the
myrtle and the olive. I will set pines in the
wasteland, the fir and the cypress
together, so that people may see and
know, may consider and understand, that
the hand of the LORD has done this, that
the Holy One of Israel has created it”
Isaiah 41:18-20

Our God has unlimited power, abundance of
Grace, boundless favor and rivers of
blessings. He can place streams of water in
the desert, heal the sick, raise the dead,
create new body organs and make the barren
to conceive. He can make you to be greatly
fruitful. There is nothing impossible with God.
God is able to give in immeasurable
measures. He is the owner of all the silver
and gold; and the sheep on ten thousand
hills. He will bless you with wealth and
riches, and renew your youth like an eagle.
There is nothing hard for Him to do or pour
out in abounding overflow including wisdom
for excellence! God makes a promise and He
4
delivers! Our God is well able to do in
exceeding measures. He has uncountable
riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

INTRODUCTION
Illimitability simply means God is never limited in what He is set to do.
He is unlimited in what He can do for us as His children. All that we
will ever need come from God. He owns all things including the power,
glory and majesty. He is the Lord God and He does exceedingly,
abundantly, far above what we ask or think according to His power at
work in us [Eph. 3:20].
It is we who put shackles upon God and bind Him from helping us. We
cannot keep Him from managing the sun, moon and stars above us, but
we can prevent, hinder or limit Him from blessing, promoting, empowering
and providing our needs forgetting that He has riches in glory by Christ
Jesus. What a description of what some believers has done with the God
who created them and the God who wants to work His will within him.
We speak “thy will be done on earth”, but it is only with our lips and
not with our hearts.
We limit the unlimited God. The word “limited” as used in our text
means “to set a mark upon” or “to set boundaries upon.” It is to
prevent God from maximum capacity of all that He could have done in,
6
through and for us. It is putting God in a small little box so that He will
not be able to carry out His divine and dedicated purpose within us. It is
drawing a boundary line beyond which He must not pass.
It is like saying “God you can heal my headache but not my cancer…
Let the doctors perform surgery to remove the cancer in Jesus name”.
Think of it: God hangs the planets like Venus, Plato, Jupiter, even the
sun, moon and the stars in outer space, but He has a difficult time
managing the human heart because of man's resistance and limited
believe in God’s ability. Imagine, the human heart, a throne-room that
was meant for God, but uprooted by man's pride and unbelief that resists
God and willing to prevent God in fully expressing all His abilities in his
life.
We do indeed have a great God. Nothing is impossible with Him. By His
mighty power He is able to accomplish all things. He is not bound by
our human limitations such as time and place. He is completely
unrestricted by anything in His sovereign will which He desires to do. But
though God is not restricted in Himself, He is restricted in us. This is
precisely what Israel did according to the words of our text: “They turned
back and tested God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.” [Psalm
78:41]. They constrained, hindered, restricted and resisted what He
wanted to do for them.
“Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and
David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, forever and
ever. Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory,
and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the
earth is yours; yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as
head above all. Both riches and honor come of thee, and thou reigns
over all; and in your hand is power and might; and in your hand it is
to make great, and to give strength unto all” 1 Chron. 29:10-12
7
All things in heaven and earth were made and belong to God and there
is nothing He cannot do! The first six days of creation was when God
created everything that we will ever need. God has prepared all things for
those that love Him. God has already blessed us with all spiritual
blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus [Eph. 1:3]. All we need to
do is draw them down by faith from the throne room of Grace. Our
sufficiency is of God [2 Cor. 3:5]
“However, as the scripture says, "What no one ever saw or heard, what
no one ever thought could happen, is the very thing God PREPARED for
those who love him” 1 Cor. 2:9 Good-news Bible [emphasis mine’s]
What God had prepared for the believers is beyond comprehension. He
specializes in doing what we never thought will happen. He can do all
things that He determined to do. Nothing in heaven and on earth is able
to stop His will from coming to pass. It is impossible for God not to
birth forth His will, so he is consistent with truth, which has absolutes.
His standard of right and wrong does not change.
God cannot lie [Heb.6:18]. God cannot break an unconditional promise
that He says He will fulfill. He is the truth and there is no darkness in
him. He cannot go back on His Word.
When God told Abraham to take his only son and put him on the altar,
Abraham knew that if God allowed him to have Isaac killed he would
have had to raise him up back to life.
“Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead;
from whence also he received him in a figure” Heb 11:19
This is because God already promised Abraham that through Isaac the
promise of his Covenant would come. There is no limitation in God who
8
brings His word to pass. He is not a covenant breaker! Our God is
able! No limitation with God!
“Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power
that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do
superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think
[infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or
dreams]” Eph. 3:20 AMP
King Amaziah is worried about a hundred talents in the below scripture
but the man of God said our God is able to give him much more
“The LORD is able to give thee much more than this” 2 Chron. 25:9
No matter the onslaught of Satan, God is well able to keep us from
falling and present us faultless!
“Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you
faultless …” Jude 1:24
Whatever it is that you believe God for, God can!
LIMITING THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL
Adam and Eve are examples of the creation of God who God greatly
blessed. God created the Garden of Eden for them with all that life
9
requires well off before they were created and put in the garden by God.
They never lacked anything when walking according to the ordinances of
God. Lack and want in part is a consequence of not having faith in
God, sin and disobedience.
“They did not keep the Covenant of God; they refused to walk in His
Law, and FORGOT His works and His wonders that He had shown them.
He did MARVELOUS THINGS in the sight of their fathers, in the land of
Egypt, in the field of Zoan. He divided the sea and caused them to
pass through; and He made the waters stand up like a heap. In the
daytime also He led them with the cloud, and all the night with a light
of fire. He split the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink in
abundance from the depths. He also brought streams out of the rock,
and caused waters to run down like rivers. But they SINNED even more
against Him by REBELLING against the Most High in the wilderness. And
they TESTED the Mighty God in their heart by asking for food for the
LUST of their soul. Yes, they spoke against God: They said, can the
Mighty God set a table in the wilderness? Behold, He struck the rock, so
that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed. Can He give
bread also? Can He provide flesh for His people? Therefore Jehovah
heard this and was furious; so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and
anger also came up against Israel, because they did not believe in God,
and did not trust in His salvation…Yea, they turned back and tempted God,
and limited the Holy One of Israel” Psalm 78:10-22, 41 [emphasis mine’s]
This seventy eight Psalm describes Israel’s sins wherewith they were
faithless in God’s promises and they had provoked God who treated them
like His first born by bringing them out of Egypt with His very strong
hand. The Israelites mistreated God by limiting His delivering and
providence ability saying that they were not able to take the land of
promise in battle after God promised they will. They set a mark upon or
boundaries upon what they believe that God will do for them forgetting
that God can do all things.
10
Even we limit God from doing as much as He wanted to do today. We
limited the all capable God from carrying out His plans through unbelief,
sinful and immoral lifestyle, erroneous thinking, not understanding the
infallibility of God’s word, forgetting the miracles that God did for us in
the past, and deceitfulness. We diminish our expectations of the unlimited
God just like the Israelites fail to remember the deliverance power
fashioned in Egypt. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever
[Heb. 13:8], Jehovah Jireh is very much alive today with the same
potency of old; and He is yet able to save, provide, heal and deliver
now and forever more.
Jesus actually came to restore us into the Garden of Eden which Adam
and Eve lost and gave to Satan. The illimitability of God was clearly
seen as God came daily in the cool of the day to fellowship with Adam
and Eve; and made all things available in that garden. Please do
remember that all that they ever needed had been provided in the garden
including all manner of animals and gold. They were not lacking spiritually
in all that made them to be in the image and likeness of God [Genesis
1:26].
11
ARE YOU A FAITH WALKER?
“And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at
once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. But the men
that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the
people; for they are stronger than we. And they brought up an evil report
of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying,
The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eats
up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men
of a great stature. And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak,
which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as
grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight” Num 13:30-33
The tokens of God’s displeasure as the result was that only two faith
walkers [Joshua and Caleb], entered the land of promise. They both
stood firm on the ability of God to give them a resounding victory over the
giants. They reiterated that God who delivered them from Pharaoh is well
able to fight their battles and dislodge the giants in the Promised Land.
The Israelites should have looked back at the numerous deliverances of God
in their lives especially all the wrath invoked upon the Egyptians by God
in the process of delivering them from bondage and slavery of 400
years. Majority leaned on the reasoning of their heart and contrary to
what God called them, they called themselves grasshoppers meaning that
they are no match with the sons of Anak in battle.
12
The people LIMITED and held back the full power and authority of God
from manifesting in their lives. It was not God who decided to hold back,
it was the people that held back his hand from blessing them. How?
Through unbelief! The word tells us that they did not remember His
power, sustenance, provision, deliverance and display of miracles in Egypt.
They let fear and unbelief overtakes the faith and belief that they once
held. They forget God’s power, and thus let the unfailing power of God
that was available become ineffective to work on their behalf.
“How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the
desert! Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy
One of Israel. They REMEMBERED NOT his hand, nor the day when he
delivered them from the enemy. How he had wrought his signs in Egypt,
and his wonders in the field of Zoan: And had turned their rivers into
blood; and their floods, that they could not drink. He sent divers sorts of
flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed
them. He gave also their increase unto the caterpillar, and their labor
unto the locust. He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycamore
trees with frost. He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks
to hot thunderbolts. He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger,
wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but
gave their life over to the pestilence; And smote all the firstborn in
Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham: But made
his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness
like a flock. And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the
sea overwhelmed their enemies. And he brought them to the border of
his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.
He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an
inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.
Yet they TEMPTED AND PROVOKED the most high God, and kept not
his testimonies” Psalm 78:40-56
13
God is incapable of being limited or bounded except by our unbelief. He
can do all things! Our God's arm is not short and his abilities are
illimitable. God’s creative ability can never dwindle!
“Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God,
and said, Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might
this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes,
but shalt not eat thereof…And it came to pass as the man of God had
spoken to the king, saying, Two measures of barley for a shekel, and a
measure of fine flour for a shekel, shall be tomorrow about this time in
the gate of Samaria: And that lord answered the man of God, and said,
Now, behold, if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such
a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but
shalt not eat thereof. And so it fell out unto him: for the people trode
upon him in the gate, and he died. 2 Kings 7:2, 18-20
God’s word and promise does not fail! The above seems impossible, but
what is impossible with man is possible with God. What God releases to
us are immeasurable, inestimable, overflowing measures, over and
abounding, and gigantic or colossal. He prepares a table of fat things,
wine on the lees in the very presence of our enemies… our cup
overflows or run over with oil of the anointing and superabundant
provision from the throne room of God.
“Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose
branches run over the wall: The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot
at him, and hated him: But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of
his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob;
(from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:) Even by the God of
thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless
14
thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lies
under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb” Gen. 49:22-25
We all are supposed to be like Joseph, fruitful, prosperous, and
unstoppable by the enemy’s weapons, and abiding in strength that God
provides and running over with blessings. Our blessings are so much
because we are planted by the well of the River of Life. God is
definitely set to help us and shower us with all manner of blessings…
blessings of the breast and of the womb, blessings of spirit, with great
grace and divine favor.
Awesome precious promises of Almighty God that cannot fail…God who
shall HELP you…By the Almighty that SHALL bless you…
ALMIGHTY GOD – EL SHADDAI GOD
“I am El-Shaddai [God Almighty], walk before me….. Gen. 17:1
One of the names of the Lord God is El Shaddai [Gen. 17:1, 28:3,
35:11, Exodus 6:3 – occurs 41 times, 29 times in the book of Job]
which has to do with His unlimited virtues. “El” means might, strength
and power. The word “Shaddai” means “The all sufficient, All-bountiful
God [Gen. 42:24-25]” distinguishes God from all other fake gods.
15
Almighty God is the one who nourishes, supplies and satisfies. The word
“Shad” means breast and qualifies Him to be called God Almighty or the
“Big Breasted one”. The derivative of this word called “shadad” means
to “overpower, destroy suggesting absolute power” and it is where we
get the “Omnipotent One”.
God is so overpowering that He is called “The ALL-mighty” [Psalm
91:1]. The word “dai” means “enough, to heap benefits, shed forth or
poured out in overflowing measure” and it suggests provision, sustenance
and blessings. In conjunction with the other words God is called “Him
that is more than enough”, indicating surplus, over sufficiency and
overflowing nourishment “.
This speaks about the illimitability in supplies of our need with God. He
supplies our need according to His superfluous riches in glory by Christ.
This El-Shaddai God compels nature to do what is contrary to itself
having superior ability to triumph over very obstacle and all opposition by
subduing all things to Himself and under and has power to abundantly
bless with all manner of blessings
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall
He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32
Did you get that? Call to mind when you pray that God did not spare
His own Son in accomplishing our redemption. There is our
assurance...there is our guarantee. He who has not withheld his only
Son from us will most certainly give us all that we ask for that is good.
He has already given us His best. He has already proven His love for
us in Christ Jesus. He will withhold nothing and will freely give all
things to him who believes and prays.
16
“Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain
mercy and find grace to help in time of need” Hebrews 4:12
The New Testament reality is that Jesus does not call us servants
anymore! We are His brethren who are joint heirs of the inheritance of
the Father [Romans 8:15-17] that Jesus has. That is why we have
divine access and can approach the heavenly Father in faith, obtain
mercy and find grace to help in the time of need.
“God's power is unlimited. He needs no teachers to guide or correct him.
Others have praised God for what he has done, so join with them” Job
36:22-24 CEV
Not only does God have unlimited power but also the authority to use it.
“Our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases” [Ps.
115:3]. But God’s power, authority, and will are in harmony with His
nature. He cannot sin, neither can He accept impenitent sinners. Such
actions would contradict His holiness.
God’s people limited Him by forgetfulness of His benefits (Psalm 78:11; Psalm
103:1-5), refusing to walk in His commands (Psalm 78:10) and by believing
not in His promises (Psalm 78:22). Yet He is full of compassion, ever
waiting to forgive their iniquity and spare them from being cut off entirely.
The 78th
psalm describing the varying conditions of the people, ends in
peace with the reign of the Lord’s anointed, David. When the Lord
Jesus, the Chief Shepherd, comes, these desert roaming will be ended
and we shall enter into the rest of a peaceful Kingdom.
“Again and again they turned away and tempted God to kill them, and
limited the Holy One of Israel from giving them his blessings” Psalm
78:41. LB
17
To limit God means to stop Him and to not allow Him to rescue or
bless you! They do “not remember His power ... His miraculous signs
... His wonders.” Remember: “I am the Lord; I change
not!” [Malachi 3:6]. He is still doing good today [Acts 10:38]!
18
FATHERHOOD OF GOD
Jesus Christ who is God manifested in human form has reconciled us
back to God the Father by His blood and made us qualified to partake
of eternal joy and bliss. As Lord of glorious power, He is able to furnish
us for every good work and to fortify us by His grace against every evil.
The ground of our hope is Christ in the Word, but the evidence of our
hope is Christ in the heart working mightily by His Holy Spirit. Jesus
came to introduce us back to the household of the Father such that we
can now know Him also as our Father. We have been qualified to
partake of all that the Father gave to the Son Jesus Christ including the
glory [John 17:22], spiritual blessings [Eph. 1:3] and grace in sufficient
level [2 Cor. 8:9].
“Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give
him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye
then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how
much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to
them that ask him?” Matt. 7:11
We have been given the surety or guarantee that if our earthly father
being evil knows how to give good things to his children, how much
more the heavenly Father will give good things to His children that ask
or petition Him. God the Father has unlimited resources from where we
can draw illimitable blessings from.
19
“Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be
partakers of the INHERITANCE of the saints in light” Coll. 1:12
[emphasis mine’s]
More important is that we have now been made partakers of the
inheritance of the saints that walk in the light. Jesus is the first begotten
Son and “heir of all things” [Heb. 1:2] and we have now come into
surpassing riches of His grace in kindness towards us in Christ Jesus.
“Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you
the kingdom” Luke 12:32
The Spirit of the Son of God [Jesus Christ] is now on our inside such
that we have now gone through the process of adoption. We are now
joint heir with our Lord Jesus Christ of all the inheritance that the Father
bestowed upon Him. We now have the assurance of an eternal
inheritance and the working of His mighty power in and through us. God
will begin to do much more than a natural father as He will accept full
responsibilities and fatherly care and give us full right of matured sonship.
“For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye
have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The
Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if
so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together”
Rom 8:15-17 [also Gal. 4:5, Eph. 1:5]
We will enter the realm of no lack and unlimited blessings when we
understand that the creator of heaven and earth that owns the cattle on
the thousand hills and all the gold and silver is our Father and He has
proclaimed that all things are ours [1 Cor. 3:21-22]. Remember Jesus
miraculously multiplying the loaves and fish and fed five thousand by
20
reason of compassion which is the love of the Father whereby He
allowed His Son to die for us so that we can be reconciled back to
sonship.
Adoption is for preservation of the family lineage. Our old obligations and
debts are wiped out while we are now made joint owner of God’s
goodies with Christ. This new birth constituted heir-ship. This is the good
pleasure of His will according to what He predestinated for us in this
dispensation of providence under the covenant of grace.
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory
by Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:19
God is infinite. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-capable. There
are no limits restricting God. Yet despite this, to their own harm His
followers tend to limit the power of God by thinking God cannot do all
things. We will look at some promises of God’s word that will dispel that
anti-biblical thinking and open you up to receiving the unlimited,
immeasurable blessings of God. Our faith must not be limited in the
unlimited God. Our God is always well able.
To limit God means that you are not accepting His Mercy.
There is a thin line between unbelief and being realistic. To be realistic
means that you are not always seeing God’s Picture and God’s Idea on
this. You actually think small of the ability of God to save and deliver.
“For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be
glory forever. Amen” Rom 11:36
21
FAITH AND HERITAGE
Faith sees the unseen realities as very possible. So if you’re serious
about living this new resurrection life with Christ act like it knowing that
He created all things and in His hands are they committed, He can do
all things for us if we believe that He is able to. Pursue the things over
which Christ presides [Colossians 3]. Don’t drag your feet along, eyes to
the ground or dejected, absorbed with the things right in front of you
which God has promised in His words or through revelations. Look up,
and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that is where the action
is. See things in God’s perspective. I can do all things through Christ
who strengthens me [Phil. 4:13]
22
“Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God,
and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all
things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him
that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us
exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be
partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the
world through lust” 2 Peter 1:2-4
All the exceeding great and precious promises of God are ours by faith
through our knowledge of Christ especially the fact that we have been
made partakers of the very divine nature of God in Christ and we are
gods of this planet [Ps. 8. 5-8, Ps. 82:6]. We must access by faith
through grace [Romans 5:2] the blessings of God that has been given
to us in Christ.
“And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve
thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou
never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends: But as
soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with
harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. And he said unto him,
Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine. It was meet that we
should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is
alive again; and was lost, and is found” Luke 15:29-32
We must not be like the senior brother of the prodigal son who has all
the inheritance of the Father and yet did not understand that all were
his. God is so rich that the street of heaven is tarred with gold.
Our faith must be anchored in the fact that we have access to all that
the Father has. We are given divine permission to partake of whatever is
in the Kingdom of God as dear children.
23
How bad can it get when one is faithfully serving the Lord, have not
transgressed the law of the Lord and a good example of holiness unto
the Lord YET he lacked plentifully having not understand that all that God
put in the earth belongs to him. He had the mandate of blessings,
fruitfulness, subdue the enemies, multiply, and dominion over birds, fishes
and all the animals {Genesis 1:26-29] and know it not. People may
perish, lack or hinder what they can receive from the throne room of
grace when they lack knowledge [Hosea 4:6].
SAVING ARM OF GOD
24
“We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what
work thou didst in their days, in the times of old. How thou didst drive
out the heathen with thy hand, and planted them; how thou didst afflict
the people, and cast them out. For they did not gain possession of the
land by their own sword, Nor did their own arm save them; But it was
Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, Because
You favored them.” Psalm 44:1-3
What the Israelites [desert roamers] refused to understand was that God
delivered His people, he is delivering them in their present predicament
and He will yet deliver them when they face the troubles of tomorrow [2
Cor. 1:10]. Yes, it is true that many times they have to engage the
enemies in physical battles but even then, it will be obvious that God
with us is a majority and it was His hand and arm that delivers us in
battle.
How will you explain Abraham with 318 trained servants facing a
conglomerate of 5 kings [at least 50,000 trained soldiers] and winning
the war except the Lord God is with him fighting the battle for them?
“But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the
LORD. Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my
miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted
me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; Surely
they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall
any of them that provoked me see it: But my servant Caleb, because he
had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into
the land where into he went; and his seed shall possess it. [Now the
Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the valley]. To morrow turn you,
and get you into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea. And the
LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, How long shall I bear
with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the
25
murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me. Say
unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine
ears, so will I do to you: Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all
that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty
years old and upward, which have murmured against me, Doubtless ye
shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you
dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of
Nun” Num 14:21-30
They that murmur have no understanding nor do they know doctrine
[Isaiah 29:24]. They err in their heart by muttering or complaining what
is not true against God in their heart [1 Cor. 10:10, Psalm 106:25].
The saving, providing or protective hand/arm of the Lord is cut short
when we grumble against Him.
The remembrance of God’s former goodness should be a cause of heart
searching and a support to booster our faith. Joshua and Caleb
remembered all the victory God did in Egypt and in the wilderness. We
must not be like Sarah who laughed at the precious promise of having a
child at age 90, If God can make a virgin to conceive, can He not
make a barren to conceive?
“Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old
shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also? And the LORD said unto
Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a
child, which am old? Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time
appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah
shall have a son” Gen 18:12-14
We must be like Joshua and Caleb who believed that God will give them
the promise land and it was so according to their faith. Our faith must
be anchored in the WORD of the Lord.
26
“Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your
word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they
caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. So they
signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And
they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink. John
21:5-7 NKJV
NEVERTHELESS AT THY WORD
When we do not take God by His word we will limit Him in what He
wants to do! God only manifest His promises according to His word
when faith is applied.
Remember … “Without faith it is impossible to please God” Heb. `11:6
It is affirmative that “The word of God will go forth to accomplish what it
has been sent to do, it will not come back void” [Isaiah 55:11]
When the people of God choose to believe in the ability of God to do
great things, their faith will not shake in the ability of God to do more
when time for greater and mighty things come.
“Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his
rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. For unto us was the
gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not
profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. For we which
have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my
27
wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished
from the foundation of the world” Heb. 4:1-3
God watches over His word to perform it - Jer. 1:12
God will not allow what He speaks to fall down but to perform -1 Sam.
3:19
God has exalted His WORD above all His name - Psalm 138:2
Everything you need come from God by way of promise. You can only
appropriate it if you stand by faith. The promise or WORD is powerful
and alive [Heb. 4:12]…. The WORD is ready to perform according to
the dictates of God. It will impart God kind of life in us taking out
everything that is dead in our lives. Everything you need is wrapped up
in the word of God be it healing, financial blessing, deliverance etc.
“He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their
destructions” Psalm 107:20
There is nothing like incurable, undoable, impossible… in the word of
God. Cancer disappears when the WORD of God appears. Fibroid melts
when He appears! Unfruitfulness adjusts and breeds fruitfulness when the
WORD appears! Disgrace turn to grace at the Presence of God and His
Word.
“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his
grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance
among all them which are sanctified” Act 20:32
It is the WORD of God’s grace that builds you up and gives you godly
inheritance. Our marvelous God owns the gracious Word which can make
28
you into what He wants you to be and give you everything you could
possibly need!
David believed in God and killed both the bear and the lion that took the
sheep he was tendering. When the uncircumcised philistine called Goliath
came with his threat, David unshakably believed that the unlimited God
will once again give him resounding victory [1 Sam. 17:34-51].
“He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds:
From following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob
his people, and Israel his inheritance. So he fed them according to the
integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands”
Psalm 78:70-72
“I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my
servant” Psalm 89:3
David was a very good example of one who the Lord chose by His
sovereignty but who did not limit what God can do in his life according
to all the precious promises that God has promised to do for and through
him. We must come to a level in God where we believe that with God
nothing shall be impossible [Luke 1:37]. They will be a generation of
those who are spiritual virgins like Mary the mother of Jesus. Though all
things in the natural is contrary to that which God is promising to do
YET they believe that the Holy Ghost will come upon them and the
power of the Most High will overshadow them.
“Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a
man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall
come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee:
therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called
the Son of God” Luke 1:34-35
29
Just like in the beginning of Genesis, The Holy Spirit is still hovering
over the people of God, God is speaking forth what He intends to create
and such words with supernatural creative powers are birthing forth what
the Lord speaks even today. The Holy Ghost contains the power of the
Presence of God capable of melting mountain of problems at His
Presence [Psalm 97:1-5]. Those that dare to believe that it shall be so
as God has spoken are the ones destined by God to sing a new song.
The believer is vitally united to Jesus Christ by the indwelling Spirit,
through the redemptive work of the cross, and has in Him all spiritual
blessings, including the assurance of an eternal inheritance and the
working of His mighty power in and through the Spirit.
“I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard
my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry
clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he
hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many
shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD” Psalm 40:1-3 [Song
Psalm 89:1]
Songs of deliverance and joy will begin to come out of the spirit man of
those that trust God and willing to risk their faith in believing the
miraculous works of God.
TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART
30
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own
understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy
paths. Be not wise in your own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from
evil” Prov. 3:5-7
To trust in God is to depend on Him for conferring on us every needful
blessing, and safeguarding us from all evil. This reliance on God is to be
put into effect with all our hearts, our judgments being persuaded that
God is the only and the all-sufficient object of assurance and confidence,
and our souls resting with full contentment in His power and faithfulness.
We must renounce all carnal and human dependence; we must not allow
our own understanding as deciding factor in our hearts. Except God
directs us, we will fall into a bottomless pit.
“So it is not a matter of what any person wants or what any person
does, but only of God having mercy” Romans 9:16 NJB
We cannot see blessings relying on carnal confidence; God understands
and forbids all other confidences in bodily strength, wealth, friends, carnal
mindset or family. It is not by might or by our power that the blessings
of God come to us. The Holy Spirit gives wisdom per excellence once
we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and savior. This is not forced on us
though; it is a free will matter.
God dispenses His gifts, goodness and blessings to whomever He will
without giving us His reasons, but we must be rest assured He is a
competent and generous giver. We must allow Him however to do so at
His timing and how He wills. Our bid is to have absolute trust in God
who never fail nor can ever fail us.
Complete dependence upon Jehovah, lies in the words, "with all your
heart"; it is here appropriately placed at the head of a series of
31
admonitions. It is the first lesson to be learnt by all, and no less
necessary for all Christians. Without this reliance on or confidence in
God, it is not possible to carry out any of the instructions of religion.
Trust [Hebrew word “Batakh”], is, properly, "to cling to", "to confide
in," and "to set one’s hope and confidence upon". It is like saying all
our hope is in you God!
The word “lean” [Hebrew word “shaan”] is to "to lean upon, rest
upon," just as man rests upon a spear for support. Its allegorical use, to
repose confidence in, is derived from the practice of kings who were
accustomed to appear in public leaning on their friends and ministers [2
Kings 5:18; 2 Kings 7:2, 17]. The admonition does not mean that we
are not to use our own understanding that is form plans with discretion,
and employ legitimate means in the pursuit of our ends; but that, when
we use it, we are to depend upon God and his directing and overruling
providence [Jer. 9:23, Jer. 9:24]. "Let not the wise man glory in his
wisdom," etc. Our total reliance is upon God
We have not to deserve it, to attain to it by any skill or labor, but
simply to trust with the most childlike faith. This involves the below
stated.
1. Self-surrender. "Lean not to your own understanding." We
sometimes pray for God’s guidance dishonestly or even deceitfully.
We want him to guide or provide for us by our own way. But his
guidance is useless when we should go the same way without it. It
is only when human wisdom deviates from Divine wisdom that we
are called expressly to follow the latter; we do so unconsciously
under easier circumstances when God fully leads and guides us.
This does not mean, however, that we are to deaden our intellect;
we must rather seek God’s Spirit to enlighten it not lean to our
understanding, but to lean on God for the endorsement of that
understanding.
32
2. Whole-hearted faith. "Trust in God with all your heart." It is
useless to have certain faint opinions about the wisdom of God.
Every thought, affection, and desire must be given over to his
direction; at least, we must honestly aim at doing this. The more
completely we trust the more surely will God guide us.
3. Active faith. God guides, but we must follow his directions. The
traveler is not carried up the mountain by his guide; he follows of
his own will. It is vain for us to pray for a Divine leading unless
we consent to follow the directions indicated to us. Presumption will
lead to chaos in this matter!
Truly trusting the Lord is done through our own conscience, inspired
teaching and disposition of events or overruling providence; God opens
new path and gives wisdom which if we follow, we will come through
with His unlimited blessings.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD,
thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then
shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will
hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall
search for me with all your heart” Jer. 29:11-13 [also Psalm 23:6].
There are many precious promises by God to bless, enrich, elevate and
promote us. His thoughts towards us are very good and we must trust
Him to do us good.
“For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the
sheep of his hand. Today if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your
heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the
wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my
33
work. Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is
a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest”
Psalm 95:7-11
Consciously, we must understand that God is our shepherd with the
responsibility of providing our needs. He is even speaking today in order
to lead us to green pastures, so we must not tempt Him but follow His
prompting so that we can enter into our season of rest [Matt. 11:28-
30].
DAVID THE DIVINE PROTOTYPE
“I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen
him. The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor does the son of
wickedness afflict him. And I will beat down his foes before his face, and
plague them that hate him. But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with
him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted. I will set his hand also in
the sea, and his right hand in the rivers. He shall cry unto me, Thou
art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. Also I will make
him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. My mercy will I
keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.
His seed also will I make to endure forever, and his throne as the days
of heaven. If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
34
If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments; Then will I
visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
Nevertheless my loving kindness will I not utterly take from him, nor
suffer my faithfulness to fail. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the
thing that is gone out of my lips. Once have I sworn by my holiness
that I will not lie unto David. His seed shall endure forever, and his
throne as the sun before me. It shall be established for ever as the
moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah. Psalm 89:20-37
The David generation believes that there is no enemy of God that can
overcome them in battle. Like David we must also understand that we
are covenant children of God and that one of the terms of the covenant
is that our heavenly Father provides limitlessly for His children… The Lord
is my shepherd and I shall not want [Psalm 23:1]
“A certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to
Elisha, saying, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that
your servant feared the LORD. And the creditor is coming to take my
two sons to be his slaves.” So Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for
you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your
maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil.” Then he said,
“Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors—empty
vessels; do not gather just a few. “And when you have come in, you
shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour it into all those
vessels, and set aside the full ones.” So she went from him and shut
the door behind her and her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and
she poured it out. Now it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that
she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.” And he said to her,
“There is not another vessel.” So the oil ceased. Then she came and
told the man of God. And he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debt;
and you and your sons live on the rest.” 2 KINGS 4:1-7
35
Only believe…. With God nothing shall be impossible to do for you! The
widow woman had limitless supply of oil such that she was able to sell,
pay off her debt and live on the rest thereafter. God is ever faithful!
The power to continually provide was however inhibited when there were
no more empty vessels to pour the unceasing oil flowing from the throne
room of grace.
DIVINE ORDER – BEING WITH GOD
Being with God intimately and seeking to fellowship with Him was one of
David’s greatest strong points. He was the one who wrote “As the Hart
pants after the water brooks so does my soul pant after you, O God”
[Psalm 42:1]. Being with Him is our time of being progressively taught
the word of God and thoroughly disciplined as a disciple.
“And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might
send them forth to preach, And to have power to heal sicknesses, and
to cast out devils” Mark 3:14-15 [Matt. 6:33]
Intimacy and fellowship is pivotal to acquiring the blessings of God. We
must be willing to spend quality time in His Presence, where there is
fullness of joy and pleasures for ever more [Psalm 16:11]
The place of being with the Master first is the place of training, tutoring
and impartation such that both the word and the anointing of God’s Spirit
can settle in your heart and you will not doubt the abilities of the
unlimited God either in you or through you.
LIMITLESS IN ALL FACETS
36
Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and David
said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.
Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the
victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine;
thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both
riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand
is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength
unto all” 1 Chron. 29:10-12
All greatness, power, glory, majesty and victory belong to our God. He
rules over all in heaven and on heart; all riches and honor and might
belongs to Him. Therefore there is nothing that He set His heart to do
that will not be accomplished
LIMITLESS POWER
…according to His power in us Eph 3:20 [Acts 1:8, Micah 3:8]
LIMITLESS GRACE
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always
having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: As it
is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his
righteousness remains forever. Now he that ministers seed to the sower
both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and
increase the fruits of your righteousness; Being enriched in everything to
all bountifulness, which causes through us thanksgiving to God” 2 Cor.
9:8-11
37
Unearned favor is released to us by God in copious and over abounding
measures. Imagine God’s promise to give us all sufficiency in all things
and being enriched in all things to all bountifulness.
“For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they
which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall
reign in life by one, Jesus Christ” Rom 5:17 [check 2 Cor. 4:15]
Take note that the mindset of God is to give us abundance of grace and
exceeding abundant grace with faith and love. Faith and love are both
great gifts of God.
“And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love
which is in Christ Jesus” 1 Tim. 1:14 [also abundant faith and love –
Romans 5:5]
LIMITLESS UNSPEAKABLE AND ABUNDANT GIFTS
“Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift” 2 Cor. 9:15
LIMITLESS JOY
“Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not,
yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory” 1 Peter
1:8
LIMITLESS FINANCES, WEALTH AND RICHES FOR LIFE AND EVEN
MINISTRY
Whenever the King of kings is involved in a project, his supply is
unlimited as we see below that God gave money in abundance
38
“Now it came to pass, that at what time the chest was brought unto the
king's office by the hand of the Levites, and when they saw that there
was much money, the king's scribe and the high priest's officer came and
emptied the chest, and took it, and carried it to his place again. Thus
they did day by day, and gathered money in abundance” 2 Chron. 24:11
“Then thou shall see, and flow together, and your heart shall fear, and
be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto
thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee” Isa 60:5 [2
Chron. 32:29, Zech. 14:14]
LIMITLESS PEACE
Jesus is called the Prince of peace and He gives peace that passes all
understanding to rule and guard our hearts.
“… and shall delight themselves in abundance of Peace” Psalm 37:11
[Psalm 72:7]
LIMITLESS GOOD HEALTH
God promised to give us good health. He promised not to put any of
the diseases that He put on the Egyptians on us for He is the Lord that
heals us [Exodus 15:26]
“Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will
reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth” Jer. 33:6
LIMITLESS REVELATION
“And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of
the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the
39
messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above
measure” 2 Cor. 12:7
God is set to unveil unlimited truth in this season so that this truth will
set us free from every limitation until now.
“And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The
LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in
goodness and truth” Exodus 34:6
LIMITLESS GOODNESS
“And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The
LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in
goodness and truth” Exodus 34:6 [the word abundance means unlimited]
LIMITLESS MERCY
“And his inward affection is more abundant toward you, whilst he
remembers the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling ye
received him” 2 Cor. 7:15 [of great mercy – Numbers 14:18]
God is abundant or plenteous in mercy… “The LORD God, merciful and
gracious… Keeping mercy for thousands” [Exodus 34:6, 7]
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which
according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively
hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead” 1 Peter 1:3
[Check also Psalm 86:5, 15, 103:8]
40
ASK, SEEK AND KNOCK [PRAYER MODES]
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it
will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one
who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Or which
one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if
he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, who are evil,
know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your
Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! ...
Matthew 7:7-15
Jesus Christ in dealing with blind Bartemaeus asked him “what do you
want me to do for you”, and he was healed of blindness when he said
that I might receive my sight [Mark 10:51-52]. There are three levels in
coming before the Lord when praying or seeking His intervention in
41
matters concerning us which is basically asking, seeking or looking for
and knocking in continuous and importunate prayers until God answers.
If you preempt how God will bring a miracle to pass, you will be limiting
the ways of the Lord who said that His ways are higher than our ways
and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. For example, Jesus Christ in
dealing with blindness never healed two blind men the same way. Else
we will be like Naaman the Commander of Syria who thought the Prophet
will come out and speak, wave his mantle or use his rod but the
instruction was go and dip seven times in River Jordan and you shall be
made whole.
Prayer is the surest way of reaching out to God or making your petition
known unto God such that our need can be met. That was why the Lord
Jesus taught His disciples “The Lord’s Prayer” which is a prototype
prayer.
WHY PRAYERS ARE HINDERED
Firstly, God only hears the prayers of His children. God does not hear
the prayers of those who reject Him as their Lord and Savior. The only
prayer from an unsaved person that God will hear is the cry for
forgiveness and salvation.
“Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a
worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him” John 9:31
Secondly, we must come to Him in faith and believe that He is able.
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to
God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him” Heb 11:6
42
The people of God must have the understanding that God is well able to
give them excellence of wisdom and ability to do great works like He did
for Daniel. He is not a respecter of persons. When the three Hebrew
boys refuse to bow down to the image of the heathen king, the unlimited
God showed up such that the fire had no power over them [Daniel
3:27].
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all
liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him
ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the
sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7
For let not that man suppose that
he will receive anything from the Lord; 8
he is a double-minded man,
unstable in all his ways” James 1:5-8
Thirdly, we must ask in His name or according to His nature. Great
works involve great gifts. Our Lord assured his disciples that in the
coming dispensation they will perform marvelous achievements, exceeding
even his own deeds of might and grace. He proceeded to explain how
they shall be qualified for service so arduous and effective. Prayer shall
be offered in His name; and in answer to such prayer the virtue and
efficiency needed shall be bestowed.
“And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father
may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will
do it” John 14:13-14
When prayer is offered by those whom he describes, and in the manner
which he prescribes, there is no limitation set. The expressions
"whatsoever" and "anything" indicate alike the vastness of the Lord’s
resources and the liberality of his heart. Once we follow this principle,
Jesus affirmed that He will do as we have asked.
43
That means we must immerse ourselves in His word...He will make His
desires our desires...What He wants then, we will want also. We will
pray like Jesus did in the Garden of Gethsemane..."nevertheless not my
will, but yours be done." Jesus had no agenda but that of His Father in
Heaven and that is how He prayed and got results. This agenda can
only come into play as we pray the Word.
Fourthly, your prayers will not be answered if there is un-confessed sin
in your life.
“Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor
His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated
you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you”
Isaiah 59:1-2
The Lord will not hear your prayers if you are not living for Him. God's
will for us is in His word which we must obey and speak in prayers. If
you are walking in disobedience don't bother coming to God unless you
are going to Him to come clean. The prayers of the disobedient are an
abomination to Him. Put Christ first in your life...obey His
commandments....love Him with all your heart, with all your soul and with
all your strength.
Remember “If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear”
Psalm 66: 18
Those who turn away from obeying the truth are denied but those who
keep His laws receive what they ask in prayer.
“One who turns away his ear from hearing the law, Even his
prayer is an abomination” Proverbs 28:9
44
“And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His
commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight”1 John
3:22
Whatever the past might be, your future can be clean. Decide this very
day to live completely and utterly for Him. Our God is the God of new
beginnings. His mercies are new each and every morning. He will not
scold you but will draw you close in His arms of love and promises to
hear your cry and help you.
PRIDE AND HUMILITY
True humility is passing a death sentence on your own efforts. Wikipedia
declared that “It is an act or posture of lowering oneself in relation to
others”. Dictionary.com said it is the quality or condition of being humble,
modest opinion or estimate of one’s own importance, rank, etc. It is
lowliness or submissiveness and gotten from the word “humus” that is
earth or soil which is significant of not worth much, modest estimation of
one’s worth and willingness to submit to God and to others for God’s
sake.
Wikipedia says that pride used in this context is a negative inward
directed emotion that inflates sense of one’s person worth, status or
accomplishments. Pride is a satisfied sense of attachment or a fulfilling
sense of being better or as St. Augustine put it, it is “the love of one’s
own excellence” Meher Baba said “Pride is the specific feeling through
which egoism manifests
“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and
pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will
hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land” 2
Chronicles 7:14
45
Pride goes before a fall, if only in humility we can approach God and
repent of our sins and evil deeds, He is faithful and just to forgive,
cleanse, heal our land and cleanse us from all unrighteous acts that we
have perpetrated against him. If there is sin or a lack of faithfulness in
your life, go to Him now and confess it...allow Him to cleanse you from
all the unrighteousness in your life.
“…he forgetteth not the cry of the humble” Psalm 9:12 {Check also Ps.
10:17]
We are to be humble like little children who have characters such that
they are trustful, teachable, humble, unassuming disposition, "sweet
simplicity," and kindred things. These are some of the things that we are
to emulate. Humbling self is refusing to allow our life to be guided by
self-pleasing considerations but debasing self in order to please God.
Pride always exalts self; its ideas and consideration such that it gets in
tussle with God and lose out on His blessings

PRAYER SURETY
“Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to
establish it; the LORD is his name; Call unto me, and I will answer
thee, and show you great and mighty things, which thou knowest not”
Jer. 33:2-3
We have an assurance of answered prayers when we pray earnestly to
God from the above scripture. Jehovah God promised to do and establish
as promised. God promises that He will” show”, bring to pass or rather
manifest great and mighty things beyond our wildest imaginations or
dreams.
God will not work without His people; he is always looking for a man
who can partner with him to reveal his limitless ability on the earth.
When David believed Him, with a sling and a stone, he defeated the
greatest soldier in the Philistine’s army. When He found Moses without
47
weapons, he defeated the whole host of Pharaoh’s army in the Red Sea.
With five loaves and two fishes He fed five thousand people. To walk
with God in your own days, you must be fully conscious of the
capabilities of the unlimited God who can do all things.
That God is unlimited means the following,
1. There is no time limitation to Him: He works in the past, present
and future. He is the only person that can go to your past to correct
something that is affecting your today and can also go to your future to
prepare something for you and then come back to your present to get
you ready for that thing.
2. He has no power limitation [omnipotent]: whether spiritual,
physical, emotional, financial, political, social, and mental or any other
power. He can use any power. As a child of God, you should not worry
about the power that you don’t have, He can supply it.
3. There is no personnel limitation to Him: He can use anybody. He
used an ass to talk, He can use an angel. Many times, He uses the
devil (that is a strange statement) Himself and the devil are not in
partnership. He builds whatever the devil is doing into what will take a
person to where he is going. Some of the worst enemies of the gospel
are chosen already like Saul of Tarsus. God works everything to the
fulfillment of his purpose.
There is no limitation in your past, present and future that can stop what
God has decided to make of you. Everything that is against you will
become his tool to bring to pass the very purpose he has for you.
48
FAITH AND PATIENCE
“Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return
unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son”
Gen 18:14
49
God invokes His will by speaking faith filled words into our lives. God
spoke to Abraham saying… as the sands of the sea shore shall his
descendants become [Genesis 22:17]; and that his wife Sarah will bring
forth a child even in her old age and at the end of the day, it came to
pass according to the word of the Lord.
It is through faith and patience that we will inherit the promises of God.
The issue here is that we will have to wait for our due season [Gal.
6:9], set time for manifesting the promise of God and allow patience or
persistent waiting to have its perfect work. Profitable here is the promise
of God “It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the
salvation of the Lord.” [Lam. 3:26]. Please note that fruit is always
brought forth with patience [Luke 8:15, check Hebrews 10:36]. Glory,
honor, incorruptibility and everlasting life can only be attained with
patience [Romans 2:7].
“And we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence to
the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but
followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. For
when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no
greater, he swore by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee,
and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently
endured, he obtained the promise” Heb 6:12-15
Diligence is the opposite of slothfulness. Diligence is the vigorous pursuant
of our hope in God while slothfulness is the laziness, sluggishness, slow
of action, procrastinating spirit or idleness that inhibits a man from
pursuing till manifestation that which God that cannot lie promised. The
word of God is that we must “be diligent, not slothful, fervent in spirit,
serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in affliction, steadfast
continuing in prayer…” [Romans 12:11-13].
50
“In order that you may not grow disinterested and become [spiritual]
sluggards, but imitators, behaving as do those who through faith (by their
leaning of the entire personality on God in Christ in absolute trust and
confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness) and by practice of
patient endurance and waiting are [now] inheriting the promises” Hebrews
6:12 AMP
Paul the Apostle exhorts the Christians brethren to approach the throne of
grace with “full assurance of faith.” He recommends the “full assurance
of hope”. He listed three things we must do to receive the end of our
faith, first is a clear lively, knowledge of divine truth; by the second an
unwavering belief of the Gospel promises; and by the third, a firm
conviction of the soul’s union to Jesus and adoption into the family of
the Most High. Though these three assurances are closely associated, yet
each is dissimilar from the other.
You will inherit the promise of God after you have patiently waited or
endured the waiting or trial time that comes before the manifestation of
the promises. Due diligence will be to have full assurance of hope to the
very end knowing the illimitability of God that promised. However we must
be diligent in every religious exercise, such as praying, reading the
Scriptures, the worship of God, r consecration; and hearing and doing the
word of God. Watchfulness against all sin is included in showing
diligence. The “patience of hope” [1 Thess. 1:3] is vitally important for
we persevere and stand steadfast through it. It is the constancy that we
must display in our earnest expectation of the promises of God.
Those whom we are advised to emulate have inherited the promises, and
this is mentioned as a reason to stimulate us to the same diligence
[Hebrews 11]. They now inherit the promises which they embrace here,
and which sustained them in all their trials. Joseph waited in faith for 13
51
years before dream was accomplished. David had to wait about the same
time after being anointed by Samuel before he was enthroned as king.
“As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him
whom he believed, even God, who quickens the dead, and call those
things which be not as though they were. Who against hope believed in
hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that
which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. And being not weak in faith,
he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an
hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb: He
staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in
faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had
promised, he was able also to perform” Rom 4:17-21
We all have the mandate from God to speak in line with the word of
God by calling what is not as though they were or have been physically
manifested. Despite the seemingly impossible position where all hope
should have been lost, we must have hope despite what nature brings
our way, our way out comes from the supernatural and its manifestation
is cork sure. We must not consider anything that weakens our faith, God
will fix whatever seems dead and the good news is that God will come
through for you.
We must not be double minded in our belief system or stagger at the
promises of God who says always what He means and always bring to
pass what He has declared or promised. Unbelief, fear, doubt, anxiety
and worry must not be a product of our heart because they negate faith
and destroy strong faith and without faith it is impossible to please God.
We must be fully assured and confident that God is able and mighty to
keep His word and to do what He had promised.
52
RESTORATION
“In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and
close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will
build it as in the days of old: That they may possess the remnant of
Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the
LORD that doeth this” Amos 9:11-12
The time to bless the David generation is here again, yes it had fallen
for a while but God is set in this day to do great and might thing in
the life of those who believe in His ability, The Holy One of Israel that
cannot lie is set to do great wonders [Numbers 23:19]
“For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his
name” Luke 1:49
God is illimitable. There is no restraint to Him, what restrains us does
not restrain Him. “……for there is no restraint to the Lord to save by
many or by few…..” [1 Sam 14:6]. What it means is that there are
battles that if you have few people, you can’t win but this scripture is
53
saying that as far as God is concerned, one with God is a majority. The
only challenge that God has with His people is that He is not going to
do it all alone, He will do it with us and you must be in place so we
want to come to face a situation that we also will know no
restraints. The three friends of the paralytic man removed the restraint of
the roof [Mark 2:4] in order to bring their friend to the Master who can
do all things.
“Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great
things. Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the
wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the
vine do yield their strength. Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and
rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain
moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former
rain, and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of
wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil. And I will restore to
you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the
caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the
LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people
shall never be ashamed. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of
Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my
people shall never be ashamed” Joel 2:21-27
Moses prayed that God would, "make them glad according to the days
wherein he afflicted them, and the years wherein they had seen evil"
[Psalm 90:15]. The time lost can never be restored or brought back in
to play but our God is more that able to restore all the goodness and
mercies that we were supposed to have had in the years where we had
nothing so to speak coming to us. Repentance and a change of heart to
follow God and walk in His paths is the key to this recompense of
blessings.
54
PRELUDE
“Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall
eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.
Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the
fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into
barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better
than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his
stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the
55
field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say
unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of
these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day
is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe
you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall
we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly
Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first
the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be
added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the
morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day
is the evil thereof” Matt. 6:25-34
One of the greatest undoing in the body of Christ is that we are too
anxious [Phil. 4:6-7], cumbered by many things, live in fear, doubt,
unbelief and worry about the manifestation of what God who cannot fail
promised to do for us. The onus is that we must seek first the kingdom
of God and His righteousness and every other thing shall be done by the
infallible God [Matt. 6:33]. We are actually behaving like unbelievers who
are taking thoughts of what they will need tomorrow and it shows how
little our faith in the ability of God to save, heal, deliver and bless is.
“And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I
answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy
upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word
of the LORD” Ezekiel 37:3-4
The prophetic voices that have been bastardized must rise up again
putting on the strength of the Lord if the comatose Church must be
reawakened, redeemed, delivered and restored.
56
The penitent question is still today, do we believe that this dead Church
live again? We have been graced to speak expressly in line with the
counsel of God so that there can be an inrush again of the Spirit of
God within His Church and vibrancy with accurate knowledge can make
faith rise up in us for the performance of those things that were promised
by God. The remnant with the Spirit, power, boldness, accuracy of
knowledge, and connectivity with the mindset of God like Elijah must rise
up again to declare what says the Holy One.
Jesus apologetic question is “Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh,
shall he find faith on the earth?” On God’s side, “He is well able”, but
on our side…”Do we believe?”
“And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a
good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to
the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and
bringing it to full completion in you.” Philippians 1:6 AMP
57
PRAYERS
I receive the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God to
show me how to apply the understanding of the limitless ability of God to
my situation, circumstances and everyday life in Jesus’ name.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto me as I have access the true
knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. God’s divine power hath
given unto me all things that pertain unto life and godliness, as I acquire
the knowledge of him that hath called me to glory and virtue: Whereby I
have the confident that exceeding great and precious promises is given to
me: that by these I will become partakers of the divine nature, having
escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
I pray that the Father will give me eyes that see, ears that hears, heart
that perceives and that I will be illuminated to know God and comprehend
the bigness of His love towards us who believes.
I will not stumble in my ways from the ancient paths that genders to
eternal life, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up; I love the lord God
and Him I will trust and obey in all my endeavors
I will not stumble in my faith walk because the WORD of god is a lamp
unto my feet and a light unto my path.
Let the Lord debase every spirit of arrogance, stubbornness, egotism,
pride and self conceit in my life. Let them be uprooted from my life; in
Jesus mighty name.
58
There is nothing too hard for the Lord to do, therefore I have the
assurance that I will be blessed, excel, filled with wisdom, knowledge and
understanding and cause to soar upon the wings of the eagle. Every
storm is my helper to soar high in life and prosper.
Thank you my Father in Jesus name

I will put in the desert the cedar and the acacia, the myrtle and the olive. He can place streams of water in the desert, heal the sick, raise the dead, create new body organs and make the barren to conceive. He can make you to be greatly fruitful. There is nothing impossible with God. God is able to give in immeasurable measures. He is the owner of all the silver and gold; and the sheep on ten thousand hills. He will bless you with wealth and riches, and renew your youth like an eagle. There is nothing hard for Him to do or pour out in abounding overflow including wisdom for excellence! • 5. 5 INTRODUCTION Illimitability simply means God is never limited in what He is set to do. He is unlimited in what He can do for us as His children. All that we will ever need come from God. He owns all things including the power, glory and majesty. He is the Lord God and He does exceedingly, abundantly, far above what we ask or think according to His power at work in us [Eph. 3:20]. It is we who put shackles upon God and bind Him from helping us. We cannot keep Him from managing the sun, moon and stars above us, but we can prevent, hinder or limit Him from blessing, promoting, empowering and providing our needs forgetting that He has riches in glory by Christ Jesus. What a description of what some believers has done with the God who created them and the God who wants to work His will within him. We speak “thy will be done on earth”, but it is only with our lips and not with our hearts. We limit the unlimited God. The word “limited” as used in our text means “to set a mark upon” or “to set boundaries upon.” It is to prevent God from maximum capacity of all that He could have done in,
  • 6. 6 through and for us. It is putting God in a small little box so that He will not be able to carry out His divine and dedicated purpose within us. It is drawing a boundary line beyond which He must not pass. It is like saying “God you can heal my headache but not my cancer… Let the doctors perform surgery to remove the cancer in Jesus name”. Think of it: God hangs the planets like Venus, Plato, Jupiter, even the sun, moon and the stars in outer space, but He has a difficult time managing the human heart because of man's resistance and limited believe in God’s ability. Imagine, the human heart, a throne-room that was meant for God, but uprooted by man's pride and unbelief that resists God and willing to prevent God in fully expressing all His abilities in his life. We do indeed have a great God. Nothing is impossible with Him. By His mighty power He is able to accomplish all things. He is not bound by our human limitations such as time and place. He is completely unrestricted by anything in His sovereign will which He desires to do. But though God is not restricted in Himself, He is restricted in us. This is precisely what Israel did according to the words of our text: “They turned back and tested God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.” [Psalm 78:41]. They constrained, hindered, restricted and resisted what He wanted to do for them. “Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, forever and ever. Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is yours; yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honor come of thee, and thou reigns over all; and in your hand is power and might; and in your hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all” 1 Chron. 29:10-12
  • 7. 7 All things in heaven and earth were made and belong to God and there is nothing He cannot do! The first six days of creation was when God created everything that we will ever need. God has prepared all things for those that love Him. God has already blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus [Eph. 1:3]. All we need to do is draw them down by faith from the throne room of Grace. Our sufficiency is of God [2 Cor. 3:5] “However, as the scripture says, "What no one ever saw or heard, what no one ever thought could happen, is the very thing God PREPARED for those who love him” 1 Cor. 2:9 Good-news Bible [emphasis mine’s] What God had prepared for the believers is beyond comprehension. He specializes in doing what we never thought will happen. He can do all things that He determined to do. Nothing in heaven and on earth is able to stop His will from coming to pass. It is impossible for God not to birth forth His will, so he is consistent with truth, which has absolutes. His standard of right and wrong does not change. God cannot lie [Heb.6:18]. God cannot break an unconditional promise that He says He will fulfill. He is the truth and there is no darkness in him. He cannot go back on His Word. When God told Abraham to take his only son and put him on the altar, Abraham knew that if God allowed him to have Isaac killed he would have had to raise him up back to life. “Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure” Heb 11:19 This is because God already promised Abraham that through Isaac the promise of his Covenant would come. There is no limitation in God who
  • 8. 8 brings His word to pass. He is not a covenant breaker! Our God is able! No limitation with God! “Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]” Eph. 3:20 AMP King Amaziah is worried about a hundred talents in the below scripture but the man of God said our God is able to give him much more “The LORD is able to give thee much more than this” 2 Chron. 25:9 No matter the onslaught of Satan, God is well able to keep us from falling and present us faultless! “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless …” Jude 1:24 Whatever it is that you believe God for, God can! LIMITING THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL Adam and Eve are examples of the creation of God who God greatly blessed. God created the Garden of Eden for them with all that life
  • 9. 9 requires well off before they were created and put in the garden by God. They never lacked anything when walking according to the ordinances of God. Lack and want in part is a consequence of not having faith in God, sin and disobedience. “They did not keep the Covenant of God; they refused to walk in His Law, and FORGOT His works and His wonders that He had shown them. He did MARVELOUS THINGS in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan. He divided the sea and caused them to pass through; and He made the waters stand up like a heap. In the daytime also He led them with the cloud, and all the night with a light of fire. He split the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink in abundance from the depths. He also brought streams out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers. But they SINNED even more against Him by REBELLING against the Most High in the wilderness. And they TESTED the Mighty God in their heart by asking for food for the LUST of their soul. Yes, they spoke against God: They said, can the Mighty God set a table in the wilderness? Behold, He struck the rock, so that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed. Can He give bread also? Can He provide flesh for His people? Therefore Jehovah heard this and was furious; so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel, because they did not believe in God, and did not trust in His salvation…Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel” Psalm 78:10-22, 41 [emphasis mine’s] This seventy eight Psalm describes Israel’s sins wherewith they were faithless in God’s promises and they had provoked God who treated them like His first born by bringing them out of Egypt with His very strong hand. The Israelites mistreated God by limiting His delivering and providence ability saying that they were not able to take the land of promise in battle after God promised they will. They set a mark upon or boundaries upon what they believe that God will do for them forgetting that God can do all things.
  • 10. 10 Even we limit God from doing as much as He wanted to do today. We limited the all capable God from carrying out His plans through unbelief, sinful and immoral lifestyle, erroneous thinking, not understanding the infallibility of God’s word, forgetting the miracles that God did for us in the past, and deceitfulness. We diminish our expectations of the unlimited God just like the Israelites fail to remember the deliverance power fashioned in Egypt. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever [Heb. 13:8], Jehovah Jireh is very much alive today with the same potency of old; and He is yet able to save, provide, heal and deliver now and forever more. Jesus actually came to restore us into the Garden of Eden which Adam and Eve lost and gave to Satan. The illimitability of God was clearly seen as God came daily in the cool of the day to fellowship with Adam and Eve; and made all things available in that garden. Please do remember that all that they ever needed had been provided in the garden including all manner of animals and gold. They were not lacking spiritually in all that made them to be in the image and likeness of God [Genesis 1:26].
  • 11. 11 ARE YOU A FAITH WALKER? “And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eats up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature. And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight” Num 13:30-33 The tokens of God’s displeasure as the result was that only two faith walkers [Joshua and Caleb], entered the land of promise. They both stood firm on the ability of God to give them a resounding victory over the giants. They reiterated that God who delivered them from Pharaoh is well able to fight their battles and dislodge the giants in the Promised Land. The Israelites should have looked back at the numerous deliverances of God in their lives especially all the wrath invoked upon the Egyptians by God in the process of delivering them from bondage and slavery of 400 years. Majority leaned on the reasoning of their heart and contrary to what God called them, they called themselves grasshoppers meaning that they are no match with the sons of Anak in battle.
  • 12. 12 The people LIMITED and held back the full power and authority of God from manifesting in their lives. It was not God who decided to hold back, it was the people that held back his hand from blessing them. How? Through unbelief! The word tells us that they did not remember His power, sustenance, provision, deliverance and display of miracles in Egypt. They let fear and unbelief overtakes the faith and belief that they once held. They forget God’s power, and thus let the unfailing power of God that was available become ineffective to work on their behalf. “How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert! Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel. They REMEMBERED NOT his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy. How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan: And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink. He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them. He gave also their increase unto the caterpillar, and their labor unto the locust. He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycamore trees with frost. He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts. He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them. He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence; And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham: But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock. And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies. And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased. He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents. Yet they TEMPTED AND PROVOKED the most high God, and kept not his testimonies” Psalm 78:40-56
  • 13. 13 God is incapable of being limited or bounded except by our unbelief. He can do all things! Our God's arm is not short and his abilities are illimitable. God’s creative ability can never dwindle! “Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof…And it came to pass as the man of God had spoken to the king, saying, Two measures of barley for a shekel, and a measure of fine flour for a shekel, shall be tomorrow about this time in the gate of Samaria: And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof. And so it fell out unto him: for the people trode upon him in the gate, and he died. 2 Kings 7:2, 18-20 God’s word and promise does not fail! The above seems impossible, but what is impossible with man is possible with God. What God releases to us are immeasurable, inestimable, overflowing measures, over and abounding, and gigantic or colossal. He prepares a table of fat things, wine on the lees in the very presence of our enemies… our cup overflows or run over with oil of the anointing and superabundant provision from the throne room of God. “Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall: The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him: But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:) Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless
  • 14. 14 thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lies under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb” Gen. 49:22-25 We all are supposed to be like Joseph, fruitful, prosperous, and unstoppable by the enemy’s weapons, and abiding in strength that God provides and running over with blessings. Our blessings are so much because we are planted by the well of the River of Life. God is definitely set to help us and shower us with all manner of blessings… blessings of the breast and of the womb, blessings of spirit, with great grace and divine favor. Awesome precious promises of Almighty God that cannot fail…God who shall HELP you…By the Almighty that SHALL bless you… ALMIGHTY GOD – EL SHADDAI GOD “I am El-Shaddai [God Almighty], walk before me….. Gen. 17:1 One of the names of the Lord God is El Shaddai [Gen. 17:1, 28:3, 35:11, Exodus 6:3 – occurs 41 times, 29 times in the book of Job] which has to do with His unlimited virtues. “El” means might, strength and power. The word “Shaddai” means “The all sufficient, All-bountiful God [Gen. 42:24-25]” distinguishes God from all other fake gods.
  • 15. 15 Almighty God is the one who nourishes, supplies and satisfies. The word “Shad” means breast and qualifies Him to be called God Almighty or the “Big Breasted one”. The derivative of this word called “shadad” means to “overpower, destroy suggesting absolute power” and it is where we get the “Omnipotent One”. God is so overpowering that He is called “The ALL-mighty” [Psalm 91:1]. The word “dai” means “enough, to heap benefits, shed forth or poured out in overflowing measure” and it suggests provision, sustenance and blessings. In conjunction with the other words God is called “Him that is more than enough”, indicating surplus, over sufficiency and overflowing nourishment “. This speaks about the illimitability in supplies of our need with God. He supplies our need according to His superfluous riches in glory by Christ. This El-Shaddai God compels nature to do what is contrary to itself having superior ability to triumph over very obstacle and all opposition by subduing all things to Himself and under and has power to abundantly bless with all manner of blessings He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32 Did you get that? Call to mind when you pray that God did not spare His own Son in accomplishing our redemption. There is our assurance...there is our guarantee. He who has not withheld his only Son from us will most certainly give us all that we ask for that is good. He has already given us His best. He has already proven His love for us in Christ Jesus. He will withhold nothing and will freely give all things to him who believes and prays.
  • 16. 16 “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” Hebrews 4:12 The New Testament reality is that Jesus does not call us servants anymore! We are His brethren who are joint heirs of the inheritance of the Father [Romans 8:15-17] that Jesus has. That is why we have divine access and can approach the heavenly Father in faith, obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need. “God's power is unlimited. He needs no teachers to guide or correct him. Others have praised God for what he has done, so join with them” Job 36:22-24 CEV Not only does God have unlimited power but also the authority to use it. “Our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases” [Ps. 115:3]. But God’s power, authority, and will are in harmony with His nature. He cannot sin, neither can He accept impenitent sinners. Such actions would contradict His holiness. God’s people limited Him by forgetfulness of His benefits (Psalm 78:11; Psalm 103:1-5), refusing to walk in His commands (Psalm 78:10) and by believing not in His promises (Psalm 78:22). Yet He is full of compassion, ever waiting to forgive their iniquity and spare them from being cut off entirely. The 78th psalm describing the varying conditions of the people, ends in peace with the reign of the Lord’s anointed, David. When the Lord Jesus, the Chief Shepherd, comes, these desert roaming will be ended and we shall enter into the rest of a peaceful Kingdom. “Again and again they turned away and tempted God to kill them, and limited the Holy One of Israel from giving them his blessings” Psalm 78:41. LB
  • 17. 17 To limit God means to stop Him and to not allow Him to rescue or bless you! They do “not remember His power ... His miraculous signs ... His wonders.” Remember: “I am the Lord; I change not!” [Malachi 3:6]. He is still doing good today [Acts 10:38]!
  • 18. 18 FATHERHOOD OF GOD Jesus Christ who is God manifested in human form has reconciled us back to God the Father by His blood and made us qualified to partake of eternal joy and bliss. As Lord of glorious power, He is able to furnish us for every good work and to fortify us by His grace against every evil. The ground of our hope is Christ in the Word, but the evidence of our hope is Christ in the heart working mightily by His Holy Spirit. Jesus came to introduce us back to the household of the Father such that we can now know Him also as our Father. We have been qualified to partake of all that the Father gave to the Son Jesus Christ including the glory [John 17:22], spiritual blessings [Eph. 1:3] and grace in sufficient level [2 Cor. 8:9]. “Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” Matt. 7:11 We have been given the surety or guarantee that if our earthly father being evil knows how to give good things to his children, how much more the heavenly Father will give good things to His children that ask or petition Him. God the Father has unlimited resources from where we can draw illimitable blessings from.
  • 19. 19 “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the INHERITANCE of the saints in light” Coll. 1:12 [emphasis mine’s] More important is that we have now been made partakers of the inheritance of the saints that walk in the light. Jesus is the first begotten Son and “heir of all things” [Heb. 1:2] and we have now come into surpassing riches of His grace in kindness towards us in Christ Jesus. “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom” Luke 12:32 The Spirit of the Son of God [Jesus Christ] is now on our inside such that we have now gone through the process of adoption. We are now joint heir with our Lord Jesus Christ of all the inheritance that the Father bestowed upon Him. We now have the assurance of an eternal inheritance and the working of His mighty power in and through us. God will begin to do much more than a natural father as He will accept full responsibilities and fatherly care and give us full right of matured sonship. “For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together” Rom 8:15-17 [also Gal. 4:5, Eph. 1:5] We will enter the realm of no lack and unlimited blessings when we understand that the creator of heaven and earth that owns the cattle on the thousand hills and all the gold and silver is our Father and He has proclaimed that all things are ours [1 Cor. 3:21-22]. Remember Jesus miraculously multiplying the loaves and fish and fed five thousand by
  • 20. 20 reason of compassion which is the love of the Father whereby He allowed His Son to die for us so that we can be reconciled back to sonship. Adoption is for preservation of the family lineage. Our old obligations and debts are wiped out while we are now made joint owner of God’s goodies with Christ. This new birth constituted heir-ship. This is the good pleasure of His will according to what He predestinated for us in this dispensation of providence under the covenant of grace. “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:19 God is infinite. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-capable. There are no limits restricting God. Yet despite this, to their own harm His followers tend to limit the power of God by thinking God cannot do all things. We will look at some promises of God’s word that will dispel that anti-biblical thinking and open you up to receiving the unlimited, immeasurable blessings of God. Our faith must not be limited in the unlimited God. Our God is always well able. To limit God means that you are not accepting His Mercy. There is a thin line between unbelief and being realistic. To be realistic means that you are not always seeing God’s Picture and God’s Idea on this. You actually think small of the ability of God to save and deliver. “For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen” Rom 11:36
  • 21. 21 FAITH AND HERITAGE Faith sees the unseen realities as very possible. So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ act like it knowing that He created all things and in His hands are they committed, He can do all things for us if we believe that He is able to. Pursue the things over which Christ presides [Colossians 3]. Don’t drag your feet along, eyes to the ground or dejected, absorbed with the things right in front of you which God has promised in His words or through revelations. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that is where the action is. See things in God’s perspective. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me [Phil. 4:13]
  • 22. 22 “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” 2 Peter 1:2-4 All the exceeding great and precious promises of God are ours by faith through our knowledge of Christ especially the fact that we have been made partakers of the very divine nature of God in Christ and we are gods of this planet [Ps. 8. 5-8, Ps. 82:6]. We must access by faith through grace [Romans 5:2] the blessings of God that has been given to us in Christ. “And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends: But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine. It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found” Luke 15:29-32 We must not be like the senior brother of the prodigal son who has all the inheritance of the Father and yet did not understand that all were his. God is so rich that the street of heaven is tarred with gold. Our faith must be anchored in the fact that we have access to all that the Father has. We are given divine permission to partake of whatever is in the Kingdom of God as dear children.
  • 23. 23 How bad can it get when one is faithfully serving the Lord, have not transgressed the law of the Lord and a good example of holiness unto the Lord YET he lacked plentifully having not understand that all that God put in the earth belongs to him. He had the mandate of blessings, fruitfulness, subdue the enemies, multiply, and dominion over birds, fishes and all the animals {Genesis 1:26-29] and know it not. People may perish, lack or hinder what they can receive from the throne room of grace when they lack knowledge [Hosea 4:6]. SAVING ARM OF GOD
  • 24. 24 “We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old. How thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and planted them; how thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out. For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, Nor did their own arm save them; But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, Because You favored them.” Psalm 44:1-3 What the Israelites [desert roamers] refused to understand was that God delivered His people, he is delivering them in their present predicament and He will yet deliver them when they face the troubles of tomorrow [2 Cor. 1:10]. Yes, it is true that many times they have to engage the enemies in physical battles but even then, it will be obvious that God with us is a majority and it was His hand and arm that delivers us in battle. How will you explain Abraham with 318 trained servants facing a conglomerate of 5 kings [at least 50,000 trained soldiers] and winning the war except the Lord God is with him fighting the battle for them? “But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD. Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land where into he went; and his seed shall possess it. [Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the valley]. To morrow turn you, and get you into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea. And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the
  • 25. 25 murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me. Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you: Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me, Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun” Num 14:21-30 They that murmur have no understanding nor do they know doctrine [Isaiah 29:24]. They err in their heart by muttering or complaining what is not true against God in their heart [1 Cor. 10:10, Psalm 106:25]. The saving, providing or protective hand/arm of the Lord is cut short when we grumble against Him. The remembrance of God’s former goodness should be a cause of heart searching and a support to booster our faith. Joshua and Caleb remembered all the victory God did in Egypt and in the wilderness. We must not be like Sarah who laughed at the precious promise of having a child at age 90, If God can make a virgin to conceive, can He not make a barren to conceive? “Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also? And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son” Gen 18:12-14 We must be like Joshua and Caleb who believed that God will give them the promise land and it was so according to their faith. Our faith must be anchored in the WORD of the Lord.
  • 26. 26 “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink. John 21:5-7 NKJV NEVERTHELESS AT THY WORD When we do not take God by His word we will limit Him in what He wants to do! God only manifest His promises according to His word when faith is applied. Remember … “Without faith it is impossible to please God” Heb. `11:6 It is affirmative that “The word of God will go forth to accomplish what it has been sent to do, it will not come back void” [Isaiah 55:11] When the people of God choose to believe in the ability of God to do great things, their faith will not shake in the ability of God to do more when time for greater and mighty things come. “Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my
  • 27. 27 wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world” Heb. 4:1-3 God watches over His word to perform it - Jer. 1:12 God will not allow what He speaks to fall down but to perform -1 Sam. 3:19 God has exalted His WORD above all His name - Psalm 138:2 Everything you need come from God by way of promise. You can only appropriate it if you stand by faith. The promise or WORD is powerful and alive [Heb. 4:12]…. The WORD is ready to perform according to the dictates of God. It will impart God kind of life in us taking out everything that is dead in our lives. Everything you need is wrapped up in the word of God be it healing, financial blessing, deliverance etc. “He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions” Psalm 107:20 There is nothing like incurable, undoable, impossible… in the word of God. Cancer disappears when the WORD of God appears. Fibroid melts when He appears! Unfruitfulness adjusts and breeds fruitfulness when the WORD appears! Disgrace turn to grace at the Presence of God and His Word. “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified” Act 20:32 It is the WORD of God’s grace that builds you up and gives you godly inheritance. Our marvelous God owns the gracious Word which can make
  • 28. 28 you into what He wants you to be and give you everything you could possibly need! David believed in God and killed both the bear and the lion that took the sheep he was tendering. When the uncircumcised philistine called Goliath came with his threat, David unshakably believed that the unlimited God will once again give him resounding victory [1 Sam. 17:34-51]. “He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds: From following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance. So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands” Psalm 78:70-72 “I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant” Psalm 89:3 David was a very good example of one who the Lord chose by His sovereignty but who did not limit what God can do in his life according to all the precious promises that God has promised to do for and through him. We must come to a level in God where we believe that with God nothing shall be impossible [Luke 1:37]. They will be a generation of those who are spiritual virgins like Mary the mother of Jesus. Though all things in the natural is contrary to that which God is promising to do YET they believe that the Holy Ghost will come upon them and the power of the Most High will overshadow them. “Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God” Luke 1:34-35
  • 29. 29 Just like in the beginning of Genesis, The Holy Spirit is still hovering over the people of God, God is speaking forth what He intends to create and such words with supernatural creative powers are birthing forth what the Lord speaks even today. The Holy Ghost contains the power of the Presence of God capable of melting mountain of problems at His Presence [Psalm 97:1-5]. Those that dare to believe that it shall be so as God has spoken are the ones destined by God to sing a new song. The believer is vitally united to Jesus Christ by the indwelling Spirit, through the redemptive work of the cross, and has in Him all spiritual blessings, including the assurance of an eternal inheritance and the working of His mighty power in and through the Spirit. “I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD” Psalm 40:1-3 [Song Psalm 89:1] Songs of deliverance and joy will begin to come out of the spirit man of those that trust God and willing to risk their faith in believing the miraculous works of God. TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART
  • 30. 30 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in your own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil” Prov. 3:5-7 To trust in God is to depend on Him for conferring on us every needful blessing, and safeguarding us from all evil. This reliance on God is to be put into effect with all our hearts, our judgments being persuaded that God is the only and the all-sufficient object of assurance and confidence, and our souls resting with full contentment in His power and faithfulness. We must renounce all carnal and human dependence; we must not allow our own understanding as deciding factor in our hearts. Except God directs us, we will fall into a bottomless pit. “So it is not a matter of what any person wants or what any person does, but only of God having mercy” Romans 9:16 NJB We cannot see blessings relying on carnal confidence; God understands and forbids all other confidences in bodily strength, wealth, friends, carnal mindset or family. It is not by might or by our power that the blessings of God come to us. The Holy Spirit gives wisdom per excellence once we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and savior. This is not forced on us though; it is a free will matter. God dispenses His gifts, goodness and blessings to whomever He will without giving us His reasons, but we must be rest assured He is a competent and generous giver. We must allow Him however to do so at His timing and how He wills. Our bid is to have absolute trust in God who never fail nor can ever fail us. Complete dependence upon Jehovah, lies in the words, "with all your heart"; it is here appropriately placed at the head of a series of
  • 31. 31 admonitions. It is the first lesson to be learnt by all, and no less necessary for all Christians. Without this reliance on or confidence in God, it is not possible to carry out any of the instructions of religion. Trust [Hebrew word “Batakh”], is, properly, "to cling to", "to confide in," and "to set one’s hope and confidence upon". It is like saying all our hope is in you God! The word “lean” [Hebrew word “shaan”] is to "to lean upon, rest upon," just as man rests upon a spear for support. Its allegorical use, to repose confidence in, is derived from the practice of kings who were accustomed to appear in public leaning on their friends and ministers [2 Kings 5:18; 2 Kings 7:2, 17]. The admonition does not mean that we are not to use our own understanding that is form plans with discretion, and employ legitimate means in the pursuit of our ends; but that, when we use it, we are to depend upon God and his directing and overruling providence [Jer. 9:23, Jer. 9:24]. "Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom," etc. Our total reliance is upon God We have not to deserve it, to attain to it by any skill or labor, but simply to trust with the most childlike faith. This involves the below stated. 1. Self-surrender. "Lean not to your own understanding." We sometimes pray for God’s guidance dishonestly or even deceitfully. We want him to guide or provide for us by our own way. But his guidance is useless when we should go the same way without it. It is only when human wisdom deviates from Divine wisdom that we are called expressly to follow the latter; we do so unconsciously under easier circumstances when God fully leads and guides us. This does not mean, however, that we are to deaden our intellect; we must rather seek God’s Spirit to enlighten it not lean to our understanding, but to lean on God for the endorsement of that understanding.
  • 32. 32 2. Whole-hearted faith. "Trust in God with all your heart." It is useless to have certain faint opinions about the wisdom of God. Every thought, affection, and desire must be given over to his direction; at least, we must honestly aim at doing this. The more completely we trust the more surely will God guide us. 3. Active faith. God guides, but we must follow his directions. The traveler is not carried up the mountain by his guide; he follows of his own will. It is vain for us to pray for a Divine leading unless we consent to follow the directions indicated to us. Presumption will lead to chaos in this matter! Truly trusting the Lord is done through our own conscience, inspired teaching and disposition of events or overruling providence; God opens new path and gives wisdom which if we follow, we will come through with His unlimited blessings. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart” Jer. 29:11-13 [also Psalm 23:6]. There are many precious promises by God to bless, enrich, elevate and promote us. His thoughts towards us are very good and we must trust Him to do us good. “For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my
  • 33. 33 work. Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways: Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest” Psalm 95:7-11 Consciously, we must understand that God is our shepherd with the responsibility of providing our needs. He is even speaking today in order to lead us to green pastures, so we must not tempt Him but follow His prompting so that we can enter into our season of rest [Matt. 11:28- 30]. DAVID THE DIVINE PROTOTYPE “I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him: With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor does the son of wickedness afflict him. And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him. But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted. I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers. He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him. His seed also will I make to endure forever, and his throne as the days of heaven. If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
  • 34. 34 If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments; Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. Nevertheless my loving kindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David. His seed shall endure forever, and his throne as the sun before me. It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah. Psalm 89:20-37 The David generation believes that there is no enemy of God that can overcome them in battle. Like David we must also understand that we are covenant children of God and that one of the terms of the covenant is that our heavenly Father provides limitlessly for His children… The Lord is my shepherd and I shall not want [Psalm 23:1] “A certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to Elisha, saying, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your servant feared the LORD. And the creditor is coming to take my two sons to be his slaves.” So Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil.” Then he said, “Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors—empty vessels; do not gather just a few. “And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour it into all those vessels, and set aside the full ones.” So she went from him and shut the door behind her and her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured it out. Now it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.” And he said to her, “There is not another vessel.” So the oil ceased. Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debt; and you and your sons live on the rest.” 2 KINGS 4:1-7
  • 35. 35 Only believe…. With God nothing shall be impossible to do for you! The widow woman had limitless supply of oil such that she was able to sell, pay off her debt and live on the rest thereafter. God is ever faithful! The power to continually provide was however inhibited when there were no more empty vessels to pour the unceasing oil flowing from the throne room of grace. DIVINE ORDER – BEING WITH GOD Being with God intimately and seeking to fellowship with Him was one of David’s greatest strong points. He was the one who wrote “As the Hart pants after the water brooks so does my soul pant after you, O God” [Psalm 42:1]. Being with Him is our time of being progressively taught the word of God and thoroughly disciplined as a disciple. “And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils” Mark 3:14-15 [Matt. 6:33] Intimacy and fellowship is pivotal to acquiring the blessings of God. We must be willing to spend quality time in His Presence, where there is fullness of joy and pleasures for ever more [Psalm 16:11] The place of being with the Master first is the place of training, tutoring and impartation such that both the word and the anointing of God’s Spirit can settle in your heart and you will not doubt the abilities of the unlimited God either in you or through you. LIMITLESS IN ALL FACETS
  • 36. 36 Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever. Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all” 1 Chron. 29:10-12 All greatness, power, glory, majesty and victory belong to our God. He rules over all in heaven and on heart; all riches and honor and might belongs to Him. Therefore there is nothing that He set His heart to do that will not be accomplished LIMITLESS POWER …according to His power in us Eph 3:20 [Acts 1:8, Micah 3:8] LIMITLESS GRACE “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remains forever. Now he that ministers seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness; Being enriched in everything to all bountifulness, which causes through us thanksgiving to God” 2 Cor. 9:8-11
  • 37. 37 Unearned favor is released to us by God in copious and over abounding measures. Imagine God’s promise to give us all sufficiency in all things and being enriched in all things to all bountifulness. “For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ” Rom 5:17 [check 2 Cor. 4:15] Take note that the mindset of God is to give us abundance of grace and exceeding abundant grace with faith and love. Faith and love are both great gifts of God. “And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus” 1 Tim. 1:14 [also abundant faith and love – Romans 5:5] LIMITLESS UNSPEAKABLE AND ABUNDANT GIFTS “Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift” 2 Cor. 9:15 LIMITLESS JOY “Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory” 1 Peter 1:8 LIMITLESS FINANCES, WEALTH AND RICHES FOR LIFE AND EVEN MINISTRY Whenever the King of kings is involved in a project, his supply is unlimited as we see below that God gave money in abundance
  • 38. 38 “Now it came to pass, that at what time the chest was brought unto the king's office by the hand of the Levites, and when they saw that there was much money, the king's scribe and the high priest's officer came and emptied the chest, and took it, and carried it to his place again. Thus they did day by day, and gathered money in abundance” 2 Chron. 24:11 “Then thou shall see, and flow together, and your heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee” Isa 60:5 [2 Chron. 32:29, Zech. 14:14] LIMITLESS PEACE Jesus is called the Prince of peace and He gives peace that passes all understanding to rule and guard our hearts. “… and shall delight themselves in abundance of Peace” Psalm 37:11 [Psalm 72:7] LIMITLESS GOOD HEALTH God promised to give us good health. He promised not to put any of the diseases that He put on the Egyptians on us for He is the Lord that heals us [Exodus 15:26] “Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth” Jer. 33:6 LIMITLESS REVELATION “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the

  • 40. 40 ASK, SEEK AND KNOCK [PRAYER MODES] “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! ... Matthew 7:7-15 Jesus Christ in dealing with blind Bartemaeus asked him “what do you want me to do for you”, and he was healed of blindness when he said that I might receive my sight [Mark 10:51-52]. There are three levels in coming before the Lord when praying or seeking His intervention in
  • 41. 41 matters concerning us which is basically asking, seeking or looking for and knocking in continuous and importunate prayers until God answers. If you preempt how God will bring a miracle to pass, you will be limiting the ways of the Lord who said that His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. For example, Jesus Christ in dealing with blindness never healed two blind men the same way. Else we will be like Naaman the Commander of Syria who thought the Prophet will come out and speak, wave his mantle or use his rod but the instruction was go and dip seven times in River Jordan and you shall be made whole. Prayer is the surest way of reaching out to God or making your petition known unto God such that our need can be met. That was why the Lord Jesus taught His disciples “The Lord’s Prayer” which is a prototype prayer. WHY PRAYERS ARE HINDERED Firstly, God only hears the prayers of His children. God does not hear the prayers of those who reject Him as their Lord and Savior. The only prayer from an unsaved person that God will hear is the cry for forgiveness and salvation. “Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him” John 9:31 Secondly, we must come to Him in faith and believe that He is able. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” Heb 11:6
  • 42. 42 The people of God must have the understanding that God is well able to give them excellence of wisdom and ability to do great works like He did for Daniel. He is not a respecter of persons. When the three Hebrew boys refuse to bow down to the image of the heathen king, the unlimited God showed up such that the fire had no power over them [Daniel 3:27]. “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways” James 1:5-8 Thirdly, we must ask in His name or according to His nature. Great works involve great gifts. Our Lord assured his disciples that in the coming dispensation they will perform marvelous achievements, exceeding even his own deeds of might and grace. He proceeded to explain how they shall be qualified for service so arduous and effective. Prayer shall be offered in His name; and in answer to such prayer the virtue and efficiency needed shall be bestowed. “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it” John 14:13-14 When prayer is offered by those whom he describes, and in the manner which he prescribes, there is no limitation set. The expressions "whatsoever" and "anything" indicate alike the vastness of the Lord’s resources and the liberality of his heart. Once we follow this principle, Jesus affirmed that He will do as we have asked.
  • 43. 43 That means we must immerse ourselves in His word...He will make His desires our desires...What He wants then, we will want also. We will pray like Jesus did in the Garden of Gethsemane..."nevertheless not my will, but yours be done." Jesus had no agenda but that of His Father in Heaven and that is how He prayed and got results. This agenda can only come into play as we pray the Word. Fourthly, your prayers will not be answered if there is un-confessed sin in your life. “Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you” Isaiah 59:1-2 The Lord will not hear your prayers if you are not living for Him. God's will for us is in His word which we must obey and speak in prayers. If you are walking in disobedience don't bother coming to God unless you are going to Him to come clean. The prayers of the disobedient are an abomination to Him. Put Christ first in your life...obey His commandments....love Him with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength. Remember “If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear” Psalm 66: 18 Those who turn away from obeying the truth are denied but those who keep His laws receive what they ask in prayer. “One who turns away his ear from hearing the law, Even his prayer is an abomination” Proverbs 28:9
  • 44. 44 “And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight”1 John 3:22 Whatever the past might be, your future can be clean. Decide this very day to live completely and utterly for Him. Our God is the God of new beginnings. His mercies are new each and every morning. He will not scold you but will draw you close in His arms of love and promises to hear your cry and help you. PRIDE AND HUMILITY True humility is passing a death sentence on your own efforts. Wikipedia declared that “It is an act or posture of lowering oneself in relation to others”. Dictionary.com said it is the quality or condition of being humble, modest opinion or estimate of one’s own importance, rank, etc. It is lowliness or submissiveness and gotten from the word “humus” that is earth or soil which is significant of not worth much, modest estimation of one’s worth and willingness to submit to God and to others for God’s sake. Wikipedia says that pride used in this context is a negative inward directed emotion that inflates sense of one’s person worth, status or accomplishments. Pride is a satisfied sense of attachment or a fulfilling sense of being better or as St. Augustine put it, it is “the love of one’s own excellence” Meher Baba said “Pride is the specific feeling through which egoism manifests “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land” 2 Chronicles 7:14
  • 45. 45 Pride goes before a fall, if only in humility we can approach God and repent of our sins and evil deeds, He is faithful and just to forgive, cleanse, heal our land and cleanse us from all unrighteous acts that we have perpetrated against him. If there is sin or a lack of faithfulness in your life, go to Him now and confess it...allow Him to cleanse you from all the unrighteousness in your life. “…he forgetteth not the cry of the humble” Psalm 9:12 {Check also Ps. 10:17] We are to be humble like little children who have characters such that they are trustful, teachable, humble, unassuming disposition, "sweet simplicity," and kindred things. These are some of the things that we are to emulate. Humbling self is refusing to allow our life to be guided by self-pleasing considerations but debasing self in order to please God. Pride always exalts self; its ideas and consideration such that it gets in tussle with God and lose out on His blessings
  • 46. 46 PRAYER SURETY “Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name; Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show you great and mighty things, which thou knowest not” Jer. 33:2-3 We have an assurance of answered prayers when we pray earnestly to God from the above scripture. Jehovah God promised to do and establish as promised. God promises that He will” show”, bring to pass or rather manifest great and mighty things beyond our wildest imaginations or dreams. God will not work without His people; he is always looking for a man who can partner with him to reveal his limitless ability on the earth. When David believed Him, with a sling and a stone, he defeated the greatest soldier in the Philistine’s army. When He found Moses without
  • 47. 47 weapons, he defeated the whole host of Pharaoh’s army in the Red Sea. With five loaves and two fishes He fed five thousand people. To walk with God in your own days, you must be fully conscious of the capabilities of the unlimited God who can do all things. That God is unlimited means the following, 1. There is no time limitation to Him: He works in the past, present and future. He is the only person that can go to your past to correct something that is affecting your today and can also go to your future to prepare something for you and then come back to your present to get you ready for that thing. 2. He has no power limitation [omnipotent]: whether spiritual, physical, emotional, financial, political, social, and mental or any other power. He can use any power. As a child of God, you should not worry about the power that you don’t have, He can supply it. 3. There is no personnel limitation to Him: He can use anybody. He used an ass to talk, He can use an angel. Many times, He uses the devil (that is a strange statement) Himself and the devil are not in partnership. He builds whatever the devil is doing into what will take a person to where he is going. Some of the worst enemies of the gospel are chosen already like Saul of Tarsus. God works everything to the fulfillment of his purpose. There is no limitation in your past, present and future that can stop what God has decided to make of you. Everything that is against you will become his tool to bring to pass the very purpose he has for you.
  • 48. 48 FAITH AND PATIENCE “Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son” Gen 18:14
  • 49. 49 God invokes His will by speaking faith filled words into our lives. God spoke to Abraham saying… as the sands of the sea shore shall his descendants become [Genesis 22:17]; and that his wife Sarah will bring forth a child even in her old age and at the end of the day, it came to pass according to the word of the Lord. It is through faith and patience that we will inherit the promises of God. The issue here is that we will have to wait for our due season [Gal. 6:9], set time for manifesting the promise of God and allow patience or persistent waiting to have its perfect work. Profitable here is the promise of God “It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.” [Lam. 3:26]. Please note that fruit is always brought forth with patience [Luke 8:15, check Hebrews 10:36]. Glory, honor, incorruptibility and everlasting life can only be attained with patience [Romans 2:7]. “And we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he swore by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise” Heb 6:12-15 Diligence is the opposite of slothfulness. Diligence is the vigorous pursuant of our hope in God while slothfulness is the laziness, sluggishness, slow of action, procrastinating spirit or idleness that inhibits a man from pursuing till manifestation that which God that cannot lie promised. The word of God is that we must “be diligent, not slothful, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in affliction, steadfast continuing in prayer…” [Romans 12:11-13].
  • 50. 50 “In order that you may not grow disinterested and become [spiritual] sluggards, but imitators, behaving as do those who through faith (by their leaning of the entire personality on God in Christ in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness) and by practice of patient endurance and waiting are [now] inheriting the promises” Hebrews 6:12 AMP Paul the Apostle exhorts the Christians brethren to approach the throne of grace with “full assurance of faith.” He recommends the “full assurance of hope”. He listed three things we must do to receive the end of our faith, first is a clear lively, knowledge of divine truth; by the second an unwavering belief of the Gospel promises; and by the third, a firm conviction of the soul’s union to Jesus and adoption into the family of the Most High. Though these three assurances are closely associated, yet each is dissimilar from the other. You will inherit the promise of God after you have patiently waited or endured the waiting or trial time that comes before the manifestation of the promises. Due diligence will be to have full assurance of hope to the very end knowing the illimitability of God that promised. However we must be diligent in every religious exercise, such as praying, reading the Scriptures, the worship of God, r consecration; and hearing and doing the word of God. Watchfulness against all sin is included in showing diligence. The “patience of hope” [1 Thess. 1:3] is vitally important for we persevere and stand steadfast through it. It is the constancy that we must display in our earnest expectation of the promises of God. Those whom we are advised to emulate have inherited the promises, and this is mentioned as a reason to stimulate us to the same diligence [Hebrews 11]. They now inherit the promises which they embrace here, and which sustained them in all their trials. Joseph waited in faith for 13
  • 51. 51 years before dream was accomplished. David had to wait about the same time after being anointed by Samuel before he was enthroned as king. “As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed, even God, who quickens the dead, and call those things which be not as though they were. Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform” Rom 4:17-21 We all have the mandate from God to speak in line with the word of God by calling what is not as though they were or have been physically manifested. Despite the seemingly impossible position where all hope should have been lost, we must have hope despite what nature brings our way, our way out comes from the supernatural and its manifestation is cork sure. We must not consider anything that weakens our faith, God will fix whatever seems dead and the good news is that God will come through for you. We must not be double minded in our belief system or stagger at the promises of God who says always what He means and always bring to pass what He has declared or promised. Unbelief, fear, doubt, anxiety and worry must not be a product of our heart because they negate faith and destroy strong faith and without faith it is impossible to please God. We must be fully assured and confident that God is able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised.
  • 52. 52 RESTORATION “In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this” Amos 9:11-12 The time to bless the David generation is here again, yes it had fallen for a while but God is set in this day to do great and might thing in the life of those who believe in His ability, The Holy One of Israel that cannot lie is set to do great wonders [Numbers 23:19] “For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name” Luke 1:49 God is illimitable. There is no restraint to Him, what restrains us does not restrain Him. “……for there is no restraint to the Lord to save by many or by few…..” [1 Sam 14:6]. What it means is that there are battles that if you have few people, you can’t win but this scripture is
  • 53. 53 saying that as far as God is concerned, one with God is a majority. The only challenge that God has with His people is that He is not going to do it all alone, He will do it with us and you must be in place so we want to come to face a situation that we also will know no restraints. The three friends of the paralytic man removed the restraint of the roof [Mark 2:4] in order to bring their friend to the Master who can do all things. “Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things. Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil. And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed” Joel 2:21-27 Moses prayed that God would, "make them glad according to the days wherein he afflicted them, and the years wherein they had seen evil" [Psalm 90:15]. The time lost can never be restored or brought back in to play but our God is more that able to restore all the goodness and mercies that we were supposed to have had in the years where we had nothing so to speak coming to us. Repentance and a change of heart to follow God and walk in His paths is the key to this recompense of blessings.
  • 54. 54 PRELUDE “Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the

Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof” Matt. 6:25-34 One of the greatest undoing in the body of Christ is that we are too anxious [Phil. 4:6-7], cumbered by many things, live in fear, doubt, unbelief and worry about the manifestation of what God who cannot fail promised to do for us. The onus is that we must seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and every other thing shall be done by the infallible God [Matt. 6:33]. We are actually behaving like unbelievers who are taking thoughts of what they will need tomorrow and it shows how little our faith in the ability of God to save, heal, deliver and bless is. “And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD” Ezekiel 37:3-4 The prophetic voices that have been bastardized must rise up again putting on the strength of the Lord if the comatose Church must be reawakened, redeemed, delivered and restored.
  • 56. 56 The penitent question is still today, do we believe that this dead Church live again? We have been graced to speak expressly in line with the counsel of God so that there can be an inrush again of the Spirit of God within His Church and vibrancy with accurate knowledge can make faith rise up in us for the performance of those things that were promised by God. The remnant with the Spirit, power, boldness, accuracy of knowledge, and connectivity with the mindset of God like Elijah must rise up again to declare what says the Holy One. Jesus apologetic question is “Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” On God’s side, “He is well able”, but on our side…”Do we believe?” “And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.” Philippians 1:6 AMP
  • 57. 57 PRAYERS I receive the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God to show me how to apply the understanding of the limitless ability of God to my situation, circumstances and everyday life in Jesus’ name. Grace and peace be multiplied unto me as I have access the true knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. I pray that the Father will give me eyes that see, ears that hears, heart that perceives and that I will be illuminated to know God and comprehend the bigness of His love towards us who believes. I will not stumble in my ways from the ancient paths that genders to eternal life, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up; I love the lord God and Him I will trust and obey in all my endeavors I will not stumble in my faith walk because the WORD of god is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Let the Lord debase every spirit of arrogance, stubbornness, egotism, pride and self conceit in my life. Let them be uprooted from my life; in Jesus mighty name.
