  1. Sleep is important for many reasons, it helps with your cognitive abilities, concentration, and your mood. What I have found is that it has an affect on your physical health. People who don’t sleep enough tend to have bad eating habits, such as eating late at night and eating bad quality of food. Getting enough sleep
  2. There is a sleep cycle that should be met every night. Without the right number of hours of sleep it would mean that you would not go through every cycle
  3. According to the study by JP Chaput called Sleep patterns, diet quality and energy balance. Not getting enough sleep can increase food intake, the qulaity of food eaten will be deminished, will cause excess body weight.
