I can recommend Joseph Stephenson for a position in your organization. He has grown during
our current project, and has gained experience that will be helpful in your organization.
Joseph began working as a contractor for my Implementation/Training team in November 2015.
Our team was tasked with converting every Orkin Pest Control branch in America from their
outdated CRM system to a new, web-based system. Our team spent three weeks per month on
the road, working evenings and weekends as necessary, to ensure that every month a new branch
mastered the new system.
We are approaching the highly successful end of this project, so it is with both great satisfaction
and sadness that I must begin releasing staff as we wrap things up.
As the Project Manager, I have seen Joseph do fantastic work in both training and trouble-shooting.
He has been solution-focused in ensuring the smoothest possible transition for the branches in
which he worked.
