and a rating of five is out-
standing.
Council members said
Moore’s strengths include
communication skills,
management style, pro-
fessionalism and budget
skills, according to Mey-
er.

that his enthusiasm for
the job (and) eagerness to
grow and learn on the job
has and will continue to
serve the citizens of Fond
du Lac well into the fu-
ture,” Meyer said.
