My name is Elena Toselli and I am writing on behalf of Joe D’Andrea, a
substitute teacher at Bensalem High School. I’ve known Joe roughly a year and have
been able to see him interact with our students in a positive way. I’ve seen his interaction
with our students which has been nothing but positive and they tend to be excited when
they find out he will be their sub. I do know that he is willing to go the extra mile to
prove himself and volunteers for many extra jobs around school. He also tries to network
himself and if very approachable and social. Joe is dedicated to his job as a substitute
and I know how hard it can be to manage classes that aren’t yours. I think he would be
great with some guidance in an environment that establishes boundaries and supports
