Key Accomplishments:
• Lead a cross functional team during the implementation of an ERP to Stryker’s Instruments and CMF divisions
in the US which account for $1.5 Billion USD sales for Stryker
• Successful deployment of the Stryker ERP solution in Japan, that led to decommissioning 25 legacy
applications. The project was delivered on time and on budget ($14M CER)
• Actively involved in the integration of an external Web Ordering System (legacy) and the Stryker Solution, a
key initiative for Sales Reps and Dealers in Japan: 70% of the Orders (over 1000 orders per day) are entered
through this channel
• Successful deployment of Stryker ERP solution in 4 Stryker affiliates: Italy, Portugal, Canada and Stryker
Neurovascular (NV) in the United States
• Ported Stryker consignment solution to the NV business in the US. This represented an estimated savings of
125 man-days, between developing a custom new R12 solution and leveraging the 11i international solution
• During the NV Project actively participated in the deployment of a field inventory management solution to the
sales force in the US, that constituted the baseline for the same solution deployed in Europe, enabling $16.7M
of increased sales and an $800K reduction in non-performing consigned inventory – this was actually FIMS2
US + FIMS Europe
