This document is a final report on the author's English studies over the semester. They tried to improve their English through watching BBC shows and movies with subtitles, reading articles and blogs, and doing grammar exercises. While their grammar still needs work, they struggled most with tenses. They also continued to feel very nervous speaking in front of the class but tried to practice more at home. Their health issues caused some problems but their teacher was understanding. Overall, their English improved over the semester but their grammar still needs work, and they felt the teacher did a good job.

semester.Mygrammar still needssome workbutIdidsome additional exercisestoimprove that.

I still have adifficultyof speakingbefore the classin a differentlanguage.Ialwayshada lotof nerves.

Unfortunatelythisdoesn’talwaysworksowell andthe nervesstillgotthe upperhand.Andwith
alwaysthe same resultthatI forgot mytextand struggle withmywords.BesidesthatIwill keep
practisingit, so thiswill become more andmore fluently.BecauseIhadsome problemswithmy
health.I still gota chance from the lecturerwhichgave me a boostto keepmovingon.Notall

classgroup I experiencedsomedifficultiestofindagroupor in the communicationwiththe tasks.
The communicationwith ourteacherwasalwaysverygood,betterthaninthe firstsemester.
Because the teachernow,answershermailsmuchquicker.The lessonsitselfwere alwayswell
organisedandshe understandsthatit’simportantthatwe needtotalka lot.She asksfor opinions
and reasonswhywe thinkwe are right.
So I may conclude thatmyEnglishimprovedbutthere isstill some worktodocertainlyconcerning
my grammar.BesidesthatI thinkthatwe had a good and respectful teacherwhodidagood jobfor
our groupto make the coursesworthit.
