Research/Geographical Information System (GIS) Jan 2013 – May 2016
Three years of GIS class work that included but not limited to editing, geocoding, georeferencing,
map making, LIDAR, DEM, geodatabases, GPS and remote sensing.
Gathered soil samples from the Fort Worth Nature Center to identify soil characteristics; analyses
include but not limited to our research, texture, structure, horizon width, pH, conductivity,
flocculation, density’s, field capacity, Irate, organic composition, and field capacity.
Participated in the 2016 TCU Student Research Symposium, used GIS to map out 8.hr ozone areas
that were in nonattainment in Texas, along with geocoding and mapping out obesity rates among kids
10-17 in the U.S.A., and comparing that data to a medium income shape file.
Participated in the 2015 TCU Student Research Symposium, used GIS to geocode and map out
present and future Catholic adherents throughout the United States.

Directly assisted the operating manager with hiring and termination decisions, along with ensuring a
healthful and safe work environment.
Oversaw and adjusted the schedule of 20 employees, 5-10 students; shifts spanned from 7-3, 3-11, 11-
7 M-F, and 7-3 Saturday and Sunday.
Managed the maintenance, durability and sterility of 1,000 instruments daily, and ensured 20
sterilizing machines are biological tested and fully operational for surgery.
2. Coordinated the purchasing of all surgical operating equipment, totaling an annual budget of 10
million dollars. Ensure medical reap gear (20 to 60 devices/ sets daily) are inventoried, fully
functional and processed.
Coordinated the movement of supplies and equipment along with sending medical equipment out for

Surgical Technician Nov 2007 – Dec 2012
Assisted with over 2000 evasive and non-evasive surgeries over a span of 5 years. The specialty areas
included, but not limited to, neurological, vascular and orthopedics surgery, (attention to detail is
crucial in these areas).
Pediatric shift supervisor overseeing three staff members, totaling 500 surgeries, and during that time I
assured sterility, maintenance of our equipment, accountability and ensured a healthful and safe
working environment for my staff and the patient.
