“Damage to my car door
On 8/7/2015 I locked my keys in the car and I called
Volkswagen roadside and they contacted auto rescue
to unlock the doors. The technician damaged my car
door. He caused $689.00 worth of damages. I was
told that the company is not held responsible for any
damages caused. That is not fair to me. Now I have
to pay this money to fix damages caused by their
negligence and carelessness. The staff is very
unprofessional”.
