The global rollout of its Egencia travel programme enabled Lexmark to retire its roster of 70 travel agencies
around the world—and gain control of travel spend.

As a global leader in printing, document

Lexmark has over 12,200 employees
worldwide, and international sales account
for more than half of its annual revenue.
Challenge
Gain visibility into the company’s global
travel spend and control costs by reducing

Solution
Lexmark understood that the only way to
contain travel costs and take better care
of its travellers was to replace its roster
of 70 travel agencies with one global
travel programme. Egencia satisfied each
requirement Lexmark identified as critical:
