• Working independently from order development to shipment.
• Sharing idea about present trend of Bangladesh as well as International RMG
business.
• Product development, working closely with design department to create and
introduce new product and idea of designers. Change and modify product
design as customer demand.
• Sample, print, embroidery, all kind of trims and accessories development as
per styling requirement.
• Create cost sheet and cost break down to review vendor price and help
vendor to meet the target price.
• Ensure all approval of vendor and maintain effective communication to get all
kind of support for vendor.
• Sourcing of vendor/manufacturer and order placement.
• Production co-ordination to achieve quality garments and sound shipment of
finished goods.
• Working with 10 vendors independently from order negotiation to shipment.
• Handling lot of gents/ ladies styles in knit, woven & flat knit items
independently.

2. * Co-ordination with customer on new developments & trends in fabrics, prints-
embroideries design & trims.
* Providing time & action plans /reports/ production charts to the buyer.
* Follow up of Knitting, Dyeing & production co-ordination to achieve daily production
target.
* Trouble shooting in areas likes cutting, stitching, CAD markers consumption’s in-house
computerized embroidery productions & different type of printing.
* Responsible to ship the merchandise with in the scheduled time with a
Increasing emphasis on Quality.
* Monitoring & controlling the flow of production from the conception of an order till to
its shipping & Doc's negotiation stage.
* Liaisioning with shipping line & forwarder for all cargo related issues.
* Handling buyer’s special requirements like factory Evaluations & Various Quality
Testing.
