3. Merchandising Department
We have very experienced merchandisers by this time who
have the capacity to do the detail costing and support the
buyer parallel to get the correct price from the factory. We
do the thread bear follow up with the strict time and action
calendar to make sure the goods are on correct fit, quality
and shipped on time.
Design And Development
Not only we provide the best sampling but
also we provide a cost effective design solution
to our valued customers. Following the current
season s forecast from WGSN and major fashion
fair, we make two collections a year to support
our customer s product range. Different
techniques and washes frequently applied to
introduce new ideas and also we try to
understand other manufactures innovative
techniques throughout the world to implement
and enrich our technical library.
Technical Support
We have textile graduate engineers who s job is to guide the factory from the
selection of the yarns till to finishing of the fabric and guiding the factory in
every day s trouble shooting to get the proper fabric, garments fit.
Sample Room
We have a well equiped large sample section for your buying
house where we can make all sort of sample within 3-10 days
depending on the style and availability of required fabrics.

4. Quality Control
We have well-trained and experienced Quality controller
having textile background who are involved from the
product development to shipment. They work hand in
hand with the merchandisers, fit tech team and buyers
manual and QA guideline. We follow AQL 1.5 for inline and
2.5 for final inspection.
In House Lab
We have a details lab to cross check both fabric
and garment on a daily basis when the INLINE
QA are bringing the randomly picked fabric and
garments from the production floor. This gives
us a comfort level of assurance before we
release the goods.
Social Audit Team
We have a strong compliance control team who s job is to coach
the factory s management to feel motivated to maintain all the
minimum compliance requirements as per the law of the land
and minimum requirement from the buyers.
Logistics Department
We have strong commercial team to follow up the documents
