1. Job Profile: at M/s. spice jet airlines as a ASSITANCE CATERING in
Catering dept:-
Maintaining Healthy relation with Crew and the cater & the
colluge.
Capable to Work in shift.
Revised load to cater as per the pax load /pre booking or wastage
report.
Checking Quality and Quantity of the food as per rotation of the
day.
Giving instruction to the cater to load the equipment and meals on
the aircraft.
Making GLP for Q-400 and Boeing Aircraft
Check the meal carts and all the equipment are clean and neat at
the time of loading
Check Inventory of equipment in the time of loading and offloading
time in the aircraft
Providing the list extra meals for on board crew and co pit, To the
cater.
To Check the mail regarding any catering information then inform
to the responsible person
Getting regular feedback from the cabin crew regarding service and
any issue to solve them ASAP .
Taking proper handover for saleable and perishable items in the
time of loading and offloading
Give some suggestion to improve service or menu to my higher
authorities.
Seal the sealing carts in the time of offloading to avoid the
discrepancy of the sealing goods to avoid loss to the company
Checking the expire of the non- perishable goods .
Checking the pre-booked meals (SSR MEALS) sector /sector and
inform to crew on board and also inform to the cater.
To prepare daily wastage report per flight/daily basis.
To prepare daily sales report.
To check the challan and bill of the flight daily/monthly basis.
To check the meals as per the rotation of the day
