Job Profile: at M/s. spice jet airlines as a ASSITANCE CATERING in
Catering dept:-
 Maintaining Healthy relation with Crew and the cater & the
colluge.
 Capable to Work in shift.
 Revised load to cater as per the pax load /pre booking or wastage
report.
 Checking Quality and Quantity of the food as per rotation of the
day.
 Giving instruction to the cater to load the equipment and meals on
the aircraft.
 Making GLP for Q-400 and Boeing Aircraft
 Check the meal carts and all the equipment are clean and neat at
the time of loading
 Check Inventory of equipment in the time of loading and offloading
time in the aircraft
 Providing the list extra meals for on board crew and co pit, To the
cater.
 To Check the mail regarding any catering information then inform
to the responsible person
 Getting regular feedback from the cabin crew regarding service and
any issue to solve them ASAP .
 Taking proper handover for saleable and perishable items in the
time of loading and offloading
 Give some suggestion to improve service or menu to my higher
authorities.
 Seal the sealing carts in the time of offloading to avoid the
discrepancy of the sealing goods to avoid loss to the company
 Checking the expire of the non- perishable goods .
 Checking the pre-booked meals (SSR MEALS) sector /sector and
inform to crew on board and also inform to the cater.
 To prepare daily wastage report per flight/daily basis.
 To prepare daily sales report.
 To check the challan and bill of the flight daily/monthly basis.
 To check the meals as per the rotation of the day
