need assistance determining thebutton programming on her so she can properly label buttons, as well as accessing
the voicemail setup. Technician should have a Laptop and serial cable required to connect to systemas well as But-set
and punch down tools if needed.

it as a subscriber and not a mailbox. They need to also show the point of contact how to re-record the greeting on this
mailbox. ( Information ) not a ( subscriber )
