1. John Textor’s Legacy in the Film and Media Industry

Mr. Textor is the founder of Wyndcrest Holdings, a private company involved in
technology-related opportunities in telecommunications, entertainment, and the
internet. He also was a director in Multicast Media Technologies, a provider of
internet broadcast media, successfully sold to KIT Digital of Czechoslovakia.
