Instructions on how to convert a video from GoToMeeting to something that can be easily used on the web

1. Go To Meeting

2. Install the Go To Meeting Codec exe (if not already installed)

3. Rename the file to have no spaces as in my_video.wmv

4. Copy the file to C: (Computer => Local Disk (C:)

5. Copy Converter.bat to C:

6. Drag and Drop the wmv file to Converter.bat file

7. A DOS box will open and ask you for you Citrix version number

8. Go to C:Program files (x86)CitrixGoToMeeting and there will be a list
of numbered directories

9. Type in the name of the folder with the highest number and
press Enter

10. The video will begin converting, you should see a window with
a progress bar

11. The window will say “Your recordings are ready to be shared
with anyone!” when it is done

video (in Documents)

12. Install Handbrake (if not already installed)

13. Open Handbrake

14. Click Source => Open File…

15. Select the video file to convert from Documents (folder opened
with the Open Recordings Folder link in step 11 above)

16. Under Destination click the Browse Button

17. Specify where you want the output file to go and what to call
it, the Desktop is fine, then click “Save”

18. Click the green Start button

19. When the program has finished converting you may upload the video
