1. S2000micro
The S2000micro is a WITS and Native DNP3 based Intelligent RTU with optional integrated
pump controller functionality. It has been specifically designed to deliver accurate monitoring
and control for everyday applications where cost and reliability are important considerations.
Measuring just 182W x 115H x 69D mm, its small footprint enables it to be used in restricted
spaces without compromising on processing power or functionality.
The unit is fully programmable with flexible input/output range, includes a embedded web-
server, a configurable communications port and user application support via IsaGraf IEC1131-
3 programming tool.
The Seprol S2000micro offers you powerful new processing technology perfectly suited to a
wide range of applications at a highly competitive price.

The S2000micro, when supplied with our Pump Controller application, is capable of
controlling up to 2 fixed speed (additional remote I/O required) pumps and provides
all the functionality you would expect to see in a Pump Controller for the UK Water
Industry.
These features are:
» » Primary Sump Level control with optional secondary sump or level switch back
up control.
» » Level switch control option.
» » Duty/Assist or Duty/Standby operation.
» » Pump Duty operation depending on hours run or fixed pump order.
» » Monitor only mode.
» » Variable Duty pump start/stop levels to avoid fat build up on the sump walls.
» » Periodic sump cleansing feature.
» » Pump exercising feature.
» » Remote pump down feature to enable sumps to be emptied in the event of a
storm.
» » Rising burst main detection.
» » Pump blockage detection.
» » Derived inlet blockage detection.
» » Pump statistics (hours run, number of starts etc).
» » Remote resets.
» » Tariff management feature.
» » Derived sump inlet and outlet flow calculated, removing the need for expensive
flow meters.
» » Slow start feature for variable speed duty pump (Additional AO Module
required).
» » Flush cycle feature for variable speed pumps (Additional AO Module required).
» » Variable speed pumps controlled proportionally to the sump level(Additional AO
Module required).
The Pump Controller is configured using our integrated configuration utility in Prism.
In the event that Nexus is not available, the configuration is entered via built in Web
pages within the S2000micro, available either locally or remotely.
In addition to the above all the standard WITS feature are also available.

GENERAL
» » Single protocol to support multiple vendors - reduced support/training costs.
» » Secure authentication between outstations and master station, complies with
CPNI guidelines.
» » Diverse communications infrastructure supported - WAN, PSTN/GSM, GPRS,
private wire etc, and compatible with a wide range of third party radios.
» » Common outstation configuration and application programme.
» » Flexibility - master or outstation managed configuration options.
WITS Key Business Benefits
» » Reduces configuration errors due to machine readable outstation capability files
- only allows configuration of features and parameters that are actually supported
by the outstation.
» » Version control of outstation configuration and application programs.
» » Connection management: callback testing, fallback paths for different media, eg
Serial, Ethernet, GPRS, PSTN/GSM etc.
