September2015 as a F&B Managerand for the period May 2016 - December
2016(today)as a GeneralManager.MrKoulouris,as a F&B and also as a General
Managershowed greataptitude and enthusiasm in all the tasks that this position
involved.
His accounting and logistic skills were impeccable (previous careerin our
hotel during the summerperiods 2010 – 2014 as an AssistantAccountant) and his
organization and administrative skills were all putto the test in ourdemanding and
varied atmosphere.A team spirit and socialcommunication skills helped him to bring
ourhotel in to 1st position on a world wide business web site(trip advisor).
I would like to add that he was a reliable, punctualmemberof staff, always
trustworthy and well respected by his colleagues. His calm and ordered manner
enabled him to dealwith any customer difficulties logically and without complaint.
Day to dayrunning of the hotel, including ordering stock and arranging events
for the guests were all part of his daily tasks which he arranged effortlessly.
Mr Ioannis Koulouris comes highly recommended forany future positions that
