To whom it may concern,
John has been a valuable member of the ARRIS training group and he will be missed. During the time
John has worked for me he has been a steady and reliable instructor. John consistently received
excellent reviews from customers who attend his classes and he has great respect from his peers. To
quote one of them 'John is a great colleague willing to give me support in any possible work related
matter'.
John embraces new technology and has worked hard to learn the products he represents enabling him
to deliver training with a high degree of precision and credibility. In 2015 John obtained the ARRIS
Certified DOCSIS CMTS Operator qualification which required a significant investment in personal time.
I am proud to have known John and I strongly believe wherever he lands he will become a valued
member of that organization.
