To whom this may concern,
My name is Michael Glynn, and I am writing to you on the behalf of John Freeman. I am
currently the General Manager of the Merrick Verizon Wireless where John is employed. John is
an experience specialist in our location, which means he is a utility player on our team. John’s
job description is focused on customer interaction. Customers will come to see John with device
issues, billing issues, and anything else they may need help with. John does not simply do his
job; he does it well with a sense of urgency. He always does what is best for his customer, while
pushing our company to be profitable and efficient. John also assists our Operations Team here
in our store which entails managing inventory, merchandising, and store security which John has
taken initiative and became the leader for that specific category.
It is easy to say that John comes to work and does his job well every day. What is even
easier to say, is John is an unquestioned leader. If there is an issue in the store, John is there to
fix it. If we can’t figure something out, John is the first person to try and figure it out. He is
relied on not only by his co-workers, but his management team as well. His positive attitude is
contagious and can never be ignored. John is a valuable member of our team’s everyday
operations, and serves as a morale booster of our team. I would recommend John Freeman for
any team, organization, or group that may be interested in his services. There is no doubt in my
mind he will be a valuable member of the team and will strive for nothing short of success.
