Enhance consumer or visitor
experience
Command attention and engage your target audience with high impact,
vivid graphics and video content.
Drive sales, increase footfall
& create consistency
Generate intrigue and maximise campaign effectiveness by focussing
consumer attention on promotional campaigns. Kino provides you with
another platform to display campaign content synonymous with online
campaigns to drive your message into the physical environment.
Quick, effective, dynamic
messaging
A modular system, designed for speedy installation and connected to
hardware that allows you to quickly adapt and change content with ease
to enable you to keep your message fresh and relevant. Content can
even be scheduled so that specific messages reach your target audience
and pre-determined times.
Custom size & shape
Kino was initially developed for large format digital communication. It
can be made to virtually any size and the support structure can be made
to imitate repetitive architectural features to blend the screen into it’s
surroundings. For example, the framework can be made to match the
mullions in a building facade.
Kino is also designed to create curved structures and therefore can be
used to wrap columns, used in conjunction with curved building facades
or used to provide suspended square or circular 360 beacons.
Easy maintenance
Kino comes with a 2 year manufacturing warranty and we can offer
ongoing support an maintenance packages for peace of mind.

Our Kino products can be fitted with an ambient light sensor built
within the system so that the brightness adjusts automatically
depending on the surroundings. For example, weather changes or
time of day. uses 5000 which allows it to looks bright even in direct

5. Kino Module
Digital content can be uploaded locally or
remotely and can be scheduled giving our
customers the felxibility and control to play
specific videos and graphics at particular
times of day or night.
Kino Module is available in six standard
cabinet sizes, but can also be made to custom
dimensions, so please contact our team to
discuss your requirements and we will be
happy to advise on the most appropriate
route.
Kino Module is suitable for large format video content and creates maximum impact at larger scales and
all within a depth of only 133mm!
Inherently modular, Kino can be tiled to form a larger overall size within a given window and can be used
to create curved surfaces and and striking installations.
There are two types of Kino within the range; Kino Module & Kino Poster.
The Kino Range
Kino Poster
If you’re looking for something more standard, with even easier ‘plug and play’ technology, or for a
smaller scale version, our Kino Poster may be what you’re looking for.
Kino Poster uses the same core
technology as Kino Module, however
it is integrated within a super slim
(50mm thickness) aluminium frame,
which is designed to be suspended via
a tension wire system.
With an LED pitch of 5mm x 7mm, you
can achieve maximum picture clarity
from a reduced viewing distance,
whilst still achieving high transparency
(68%).

The LED modules individually
plug into the framing system
which houses the electronics
making it incredibly easy to
install and maintain.
LEDs are positioned
in either a horizontal
or vertical orientation,
depending on the
application. For curved
facades, the LED modules
are arranged vertically
to achieve the required
radius whilst maintaining
the same ‘plug in’ method.
We use side emitting diodes,
which means the LED modules
sit perpendicular to the glass
window, meaning the view
through the screen is only
interrupted by a1mm thick strip.
Kino is light-weight
(12-15kg/m2) and is
designed to be suspended,
negating the need for
bulky, unsightly mounting
hardware.
High transparency rate (62%-
88%, depending on the LED
pitch).

7. Kino Module | Mounting Hardware
Ceiling brackets are used to suspend the
transparent LED screen modules, which are
bolted into place.
The screen modules bolt onto the underside
of the bracket, ensuring that the LEDs face
outwards in front of the window so that the
video projects outwards.
Several modules can sit side by side in a line
and fixed in the same way.

create a large format tiled screen, modules
are butt up to one another and bolted
together into position.

Ceiling bracket method
Robust ceiling brackets are availabel in order to fix the Kino Module in
position. IF more than one cabinet is being used to reate a larger screen, the
cabinets bolt together easily via pre-determined fixing holes.
The ceiling brackets are useful when rigidity is required.
Due to the aluminium frame construction, Kino is ultra light-weight, making it easy to install and suitable for most
locations. There are two standard ways to fix Kino Module into position via rigid ceiling brackets or suspension wires.
If the ceiling above the intended screen is not level, it is best to suspend the
modules from a tension wire system, so that the level can be adjusted easily.
Eye-bolts fix discretely into holes in the top of the unit, which are attached
to the suspended cables via carabiner clips.

Kino | Technical Specifications
Important please note: In addition to the above standardsizes, Kino
Module can be made to custom sizes up to 1800mm x 5000mm.
10. Kino | Uploading Digital Content
Digital content is fed to the transparent LED screen via a
controller, which translates the data so that the LED modules
can read the video files. When more than one module is used,
data cables are connected in a particular sequence so that the
modules can communicate and form one larger screen to play
the video.
Controllers are available with a built in media player, or
alternatively you can use a controller that connects to a
separate media player via an HDMI cable, for example, a PC,
mini PC, Raspberry Pi or equivalent.
Video content can be uploaded locally on site or remotely
via a network connection, making it simple to upload the
same content to several locations worldwide. It can also be
scheduled to update a specific times so that the you have
control over what content is played and when to generate new
interest and ensure that your message is not overlooked.
