• Assess if there are any partnership opportunities
• Analyze the current marketing approach

• Who is part of the leadership team since the
tragedy?
• What are the financial statements over past 2
years?
• Was there any changes to the financial
statement after the loss of the CEO and
several key members?
• Where does most of the revenue come from
(what activities)?

• How does the “Save Our Hospital” program work
and how was it effective?
• What amount of controls are in place for
accountability?
• What is the breakdown and statistics for the
patients and health care professionals?
• Who are the target customers?
• What is the competitive environment of that
area?
