program and letting

know how to manage a
stock portfolio or a
mutual fund investment.

been relying on their
banks to manage their
RRSP accounts.

investing people’s RRSP
accounts into the bank’s
mutual fund accounts.

21. The people handling your
investment portfolio are very
biased. They are motivated to
place your hard earned money
into their own mutual funds.

22. The stock market is performing
at an all time low and, therefore,
the mutual funds are also
performing poorly, since a lot of
mutual funds have been invested
in the stock market.

lot of people who have put
their life savings and trust into
the hands of banks hoping to
have a retirement fund.”

24. Some investment advisors
are not very experienced
and are only following the
direction they were given
in their limited training.

nest egg. It will run out
pretty fast.
