2. I can work flexible hours and duties. I have a keen sense of humour, and could not have
survived without it. I also drive. I have a keen interest in modern music and theatre. I show
good initiative skills when required.
I have experience working with young people’s mental health issues, and my teenage son
has one himself, he has conversion disorder this also put him in a wheelchair for three years
.So I am very aware of youngsters with complicated needs.

Workand education history.
1990-96 P&O Ferries Dover Ltd. Stewardess on the cross channel ferries, in various selling
positions.
1996-97 South Kent College, Ashford, Kent. Access, course in Health and Care. This is a
level 3 qualification in health and care. This is also a gateway course to university, and gives
me the equivalent of GCSE in English, Maths and IT and A level equivalent in Sociology,
Biology and Psychology
1999-2005 Poppet’s Nursery, Seaside rd, Eastbourne Started as a room leader and then
became assistant manageress ,until the owner retired and sold up.
2005-2015 Linda Murphy Part time private carers for Linda’s daughter Kelly. This young
lady had autism, fibromyalgia, high anxiety and heart arrhythmia.
2010- 14 Canterbury Christchurch University Studied for BA honours
degree in Early Childhood Studies.
3. 2015-2016
Finish an MA in “SEN and Inclusion” I am, finishing this during the summer and pass.
According to my programme director, this is verifiable. Also finishing my “ PTTLS” this
summer. This is also a predicted pass and almost finished.
Hobbies and interests
Theology, cooking, gardening, politics, anthropology and social-sciences.
