1. Hi,
I am punctual, friendly, and trustworthy. I have great people skills and enjoy the ability to work co-
operatively in a team. I take pride in my work, have a high standard of work ethics and can be relied
upon to continually strive to enhance my ability both individually and as a team member. I take pride
in my attention to detail and understand the importance of being accurate. In all aspects of my
career I strive to perform duties in the laboratory as precisely and accurately as possible. Through
my experience, I am confident of my sharpened understanding of the importance of effective
communication in any workplace, not just a laboratory setting and I continually endeavour to ensure
that all communication I engage in revolves around the key aspects of respect, integrity, punctuality,
and honesty. This is paramount to ensuring ideal patient and client outcomes regardless of the
nature of the communication or the person being engaged. I am proud of my skills in communication
and the long-term relationships I have developed with staff and clients though out my career.
I am currently in Australia, however I am moving to the UK on the 21st January 2017. My HCPC
registration is currently pending (Application Reference number AA643101). I am interested in
obtaining employment as soon as possible once the HCPC application goes through. I will be living in
Wallington, South London and in turn would be interested in work around that area.
I believe my experiences will enable me to quickly integrate into any working environment; however,
I am acutely aware that there will be some unfamiliar aspects. I am confident that my ability to learn
quickly will allow me to bridge those gaps swiftly so I can become an integral team member as fast
as possible. I find the ideation of experiencing an Immunology laboratory at an international level
thrilling. I am keen to gain additional experience in England and learn the vast differences that may
arise in methods, protocols, automation, and workload.
Kind regards,
Jessica de Vries
