For the past 17 years, Jessica has become a strong Education Advocate for teachers and
students. As an Education Professional with a strong emphasis in Leadership and
Management, she recognizes that in order to see successful results within the students and
staff, tools must be in place in order to set them up for success. There weren’t many helpful
tools available so Jessica decided to create some. She understood that she must first
understand the root of the problem so that she could build and implement better processes
to help upgrade the foundation.
Jessica specializes in curriculum-lesson planning and developing academic programs.
Within her tenure, she has worked with a variety of students and teachers from various
different walks of life. As society became more digitized, she created student exercises that
required the use of technology to get them acclimate to what is being used in everyday life.
This teaches them both the lesson and raises their technology skill level. Furthermore, she
understood that all students are different so they learn differently. She mastered creating
different curriculums that addresses individual student learning styles. Developing these
curriculum helped increase the overall test scores and performance in the classroom.
Being that she is result driven, she was able to develop an Executable Action Plans which
aided in turning around departments and redirecting personnel in effort to meet their
goals. Because of this ability, Jessica was a major contributor to many policies and
procedures that were reconstructed and revised in the many schools within the
Pennsylvania’s Education System based off of her expertise. Her amazing work is still in use
by many of the department still today! She also develops in-house training for personnel’s
to learn new procedures and solicit feedback easily; she has also created a check, balance,
and accountability system that she uses to monitor personnel’s progress.
As a leader, she is an Efficiency Master by looking at ways of streamlining the process to get
to the same results faster. Some of her efforts produced significant improvement between
15 to 55 percent when measured. She does not want results just for the sake of showing
gains; Jessica wants results that demonstrate the eradication of the problems and hurdles
along the way. Education is her background but leadership and Business Development is
her niche.
