The Spring House in Tallahassee, Florida is a unique architectural landmark designed by famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright. 3. The Spring House is a nonprofit institution, that was constructed in
1952. Prior to being a local attraction toured by the public, the site
originally acted as a home to a small family- The Lewis’. The only
daughter of the Lewis family is incidentally the tour guide you are sure
to meet when checking the place out.
4. Not only is the ship-like design of the exterior view of the spring house unique, but the
interior of the house is just as exotic, containing a living area with a built in fireplace (which
was quite a luxury during the time it was built), a kitchen, and a whole upper level consisting
