The Coca-Cola Company invites all media to attend a media conference to
announce a major philanthropic donation. This donation will produce an
immediate and widespread impact in the areas of children’s healthcare,
employment and community improvement.
WHO: The Coca-Cola Company will be hosting the media
conference and welcomes keynote speakers, Cheri O’Regan,
Vice President of the Coca-Cola Company (Canada), Dr. John
Douglas, Chief Operating Officer of Toronto’s Hospital for Sick
Children and Dr. Rebecca Pillai, Director of the Children’s
Pain Management Clinic at Toronto’s Sick Kids Hospital.
WHAT: Major gift announcement
WHERE: The media conference will take place in the main lobby of the
Kids Zone Fun House.
2250 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario.
Major intersection is Yonge Street and Carleton Street.
WHEN: Tuesday March 23, 2010 at 10 a.m.
WHY: The media conference is being held in order to announce a
major philanthropic contribution that will prove beneficial to the
city of Toronto, Sick Kids patients, local healthcare providers
and the medical research field.
MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES: A question and answer period with our
keynote speakers will be provided for the media at the
conclusion of the media conference.
