(2) Raw Material Demand
Batching proportion of product
Cement: Sand : EPS : Water = 400kg : 120kg : 1.5m³ :230kg
The proportion above is used for material balance calculating only and will be
adjusted in accordance with actual conditions of raw material.
(3) Reserve of Main Raw Material
Dosage of face board and mould discharging agent should last 7 days, and the dosage
of powder and granule material such as cement, sand, EPS should last 15days. More
detail should be further discussed.

3. MOULD SYSTEM
3.1) Vertical mould car
This mould machine has high output and returns, low input.
wall panel production height of automatic mould machine can be adjusted to
3000mm. the 2270mm and 2440mm is strongly recommended so as to be
convenient to produce and also save cost of face board.
Technology:
Wire control system and driving system is installed in mould machine,
mortar can be poured directly without transferring to avoid hardening and setting
so as to improve the quality of wall panel.
Wheels of mould car are made of 60 type low-carbon steel, it is stronger than the
cast-steel, cast-iron and so on, and the use life is also longer. Boyuejia Group uses
super quality steel to make shaft to bear weightier.
Base of mould machine is formed of 120 type H-shape steel, the structure is
solid. The base won’t deform in 30 years even under pressure above 6 tons.
China National Standard Square steel of outer diameter 25mm and thickness and
40mm×25mm China National Standard flat steel are used to make pressing
mould and the quality is checked for 3 times during production, so that the
pressing mould doesn’t bend. Therefore wall panel face smoothness is
guaranteed.
Side moulds of 60mm, 75mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, and 180mm are
Selectable. side mould is made of the alloy consists aluminum, chromium,
manganese and so on, painted with powder spraying method, greasy dirt and
concrete residue is easy to be cleaned, and the Boyuejia side mould is not corroded
by acid and alkali, also possesses the features of buckling resistance, high
temperature resistance, wearing resistance, etc.

Responsibility Scope:
1. Contract equipment supplied by the seller shall be installed, adjusted and tested
by the seller under the supervision and guidance of the seller’s engineers in
accordance with the technical documents, inspection standards, drawings and
instructions provided by the seller. The buyer should provide relevant personnel,
facilities, materials and tools to assist the installation work, adjust and inspection.
2. Seller’s engineers train the end user’s staff to operate the machines at site
3. Seller will provide foundation layout drawing within 20 days from order
confirmation.
Installation period:
Installation shall be started from the date the seller’s personnel arriving on the site.
Installation period is planned to be around 20 working days in total.
Personnel for Installation:
When installation starts, the Seller will dispatch 1-2 engineer and 1 translator to the
site to provide supervision and installation service.
Labor Cost:
For engineers and translator, the supervision and instruction service for installation
work shall be charged as 120 USD each person per day.
Buyer Should Provide:
All the charges for engineers and translator (like air tickets, accommodation, food,
communication, local transport charges, charges for applying visas and so on) shall
be for the buyer’s account. Accommodation for engineers and translator should be
standard double room with bathroom.
Buyer shall provide 5-6 local workers, and the workers required related to installation
work will be listed after confirmation of the equipments and plant design.
The buyer needs to prepare the hoisting equipment, welding cut bit, acetylene gas
and oxygen and gas pipe, and fitting tools and foundation construction. Scaffold for
installation of building enclosed construction.
