Key Responsibilities
Planning and preparations
Provide guidance and instruction to Utilities Process engineer and technicians during the execution of commissioining. Familiar with all aspects of
commissioning utilities systems including water treatment, air + nitorgen , sweage treatment, Fire Water, Fresh Water systems .Ensure readiness for
commissioning procedures, communicates and reports commissioning plans and schedules to all stakeholders. Prioritize work to insure commissioning
schedules reach milestone dates. Ensure all resources are available and suitable for proper execution of commissioning including spare parts. Provides
support to commissioning teams and to operations teams as required. Support commissioning completions activities including walkdowns, punchlist, clearing
and systerm handover. Provide strong visible safety leadership in all phases of execution. Ensure implementation of safety in design (SID) was followed by
construction. Provides Leadership in process system design, installation, commissioning and operational techniques.
Interfaces with other departments
