3. Section IV
Project Milestones
 May 2022: Order computers and other peripherals.
 June 2022: Implement new computer system. This will
include the installation of OS and other software.
 July 2022: Ready to use the new computer system.

4. Section V
Limitation
 It depends on how the students will use the newly installed computers. But if those units are
in good hands, it would last at least 5 to 8 years longer.
 Recommendation: We’re going to monitor the laboratory twice a month and we create a
computer lab rules that you take a charge if you don’t obey.
Example:
1. No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted in the computer laboratories.
2. Users shall not litter, cause any mess or leave the laboratories in an untidy state.
3. Users must treat all computer laboratory and equipment with due care and consideration. 4. Users
must report any misuse of computer laboratory or equipment to the Lab Consultant.
