Case n°1 (12 months, France)
As head of an agricultural cooperative in RJ (5 companies-50M € -70 pers, 500
farmers.) - Judicial Mission relating to Judicial Administrator and Commercial Court,
up to the sale of the cooperative and its subsidiaries
Case n°2 (7 months, France and USA and 3 years, France)
As CFO at the Board: 1) managed the IPO of the Company (luxury sector), with the
main shareholder – 2) Led the change to move from a writing to a digital newsroom
(new editorial tools, newsroom, IS mutualization)
Case n°3 (8 months, France and Romania)
General manager with evaluation & restructuring of the Romanian subsidiary (2 plants,
220 pers.) of a French listed Group under LBO. Successful voluntary liquidation

Leading a strategic project, implementation of a Business Planning Process, with
