WEAKNESSES RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Lack of monitoring of goods. There should be a proper documents to look
at whether the items are available or not.
2. Checking of Goods is weak Both the Loader and deliverer must check
the goods delivered to share the
accountability.
3. There is no proper segregation
of duties.
The works in sales input, check of sales,
custody of cash and record keeping of cash
must be segregated properly to different
appropriate staffs to avoid misappropriation
of assets.
4. Easy to access the vault There should be a proper control in
accessing the safe/vault. The access in
safe/vault must be restricted to the
appropriate personnel only whom directly
involve in handling the cash.
