Features:
This device is based on 32-bit ARM controller, TM4C123G0H6PMI from TI with integrated GSM
and GPS modules from ublox.
The GPS positions read are then packetized into a GPRS frame and sent to the Web Server through
the GSM modem. The other features in the GSM modem include cell locate, assist online, assist
offline and sms features for Alerts, control, configuration and status of the device. An additional
feature is left in hardware for voice call via Bluetooth.
The device is compliant with ISO7637 standard meant for 12V as well as 24V type vehicle with
internal battery backup. BQ24072 is used as the Li-ion battery charger for the internal Battery.
Provision for intelligent battery management system to prevent draining the vehicle battery source.
Peripheral analog and digital inputs include Ignition, Handbrake, Seat occupancy, Panic Button,
Fuel sensor, Temperature sensor, etc. The Analog inputs can be configured (in BOM) as Current
sense, Voltage sense, resister sense.
Output control is for Vehicle Immobilize & Door Lock/Unlock using Robert Bosch Relays.
Advanced features of Bluetooth using CC2564B chip based on Low Energy RF to communication
with multiple slave devices and Classic Bluetooth for voice over Bluetooth Earpiece.
