Overlook
The
Our Brand
Located in one of the most sought-after cities of
the state, it is no wonder that native residents are
compelled to live in The Overlook. The upcoming
neighborhood brings suburban living to new heights
by integrating a touch of San-Franciscan charm into
the established lifestyle.
Since the start of planning, professionals have taken
the time and research to construct a community that
allows its residences to have a panoramic view of the
city while preserve the surrounding ecosystem.
The Overlook resides in between many intersecting
neighborhoods, some of which include Inner Sunset
and Haight-Ashbury. Its central site allows for more
exposure to different communities within the city of
San Francisco.

SUMMER 2015
SAN FRANCISCO
ECO-FRIENDLY
DIVERSITY
Situated in Forest Knolls, The Overlook will sit on the western slope
of Mount Sutro. The project will take place on a newly modeled
road at the end of Crestmont Drive.
The Overlook will offer a public area for city and ocean viewing
along with a private street for cars and pedestrians to use.
Taking into consideration the community and natural habitat of
the surrounding area, the new buldings will be constructed at a
respectable height, and environmentally sustainable features will
be implemented in the innovative architectural design.
The prime location of The Overlook provides convenient access to
Golden Gate Park--one of the city’s most popular places for hobbies
and leisure activities. The San Francisco Botanical Garden and the
California Academy of Sciences are two of many attractions that
Golden Gate Park has to offer for incoming visitors every day. The
large public ground also serves as a major venue for city-wide
events, one of the biggest being Outside Lands held every August.
Eco-friendly and progressive, this neighborhood cordially
welcomes prospective residents to the Forest Knolls community.
