Real Estate Risk Group. Work directly with senior underwriting management to set strategy involving client

guidance materials and other deliverables for clients who access and engage on Chubb’s client portals and

Direct and coordinate fee loss control services for Chubb’s Japanese and Korean affiliates, as well as other
clients requiring fee loss control services, to ensure that services are delivered at a high level of quality and in
a timely manner through our Chubb Services fee for service operations. Work with legal counsel to create and
manage the contractual process with these clients. Collaborate with field staff to help them develop loss
management strategies and service plans that address critical loss issues as well as delight our customers.
Oversight and management of the Loss Control University fire lab operations that with the client fee services
contribute almost $500,000 annually to the home office loss control services budget.
Conduct presentations at both external and internal events, to include the American Society of Safety
Engineers (ASSE) on the topics of international supply chain management and slip, trip and fall exposures of
the aging population.
