- Silent Auction & 5K Run/Walk -
Dear Friends:
You are invited to participate in our Silent Auction & 5k Run/Walk which is scheduled for October
9th
– 11th
of 2015. We hope to double the amount raised this year for needed updates to the interior of
our facility as well as provide new educational resources for our classrooms. For the third year we
are combining our auction with a 5K race which draws additional participants to our campus to view
your donations and promotional materials.
Founded in 1855, Immanuel Lutheran School is one of the oldest continually operating elementary
schools in the state of Wisconsin. As an academic institution, we have always sought to provide
the highest quality education to our students while remaining affordable for young families. We
have made private Christian education an option for families who have been unable to consider itin
the past. Our very low tuition costs are supplemented by private donations andfundraising.
Donations for the Silent Auction will be awarded to the highest bidder whereas donations for the 5K
Run/Walk will be raffled to the runners and walkers. All donors will be included on promotional
materials for the event (excluding event posters), advertised at the event and listed on our website. If
you donate $100 or more to one or both events, you will be recognized as a Gold Donor your name
will be listed on the event posters and on the t-shirts that will be given to all participants of the 5K
Run/Walk. Tax receipts will be provided for all donations.
We request that you would respond as soon as possible, and no later than August 31st
. A submission
form is attached. Please contact Jason Schneider at 920-562-9940 or schneider2492@gmail.comwith
any questions. Thank you for your consideration!
